Lovely property in great location

Lovely property, really well appointed, immaculately clean, light and airy. In a really quiet residential cul-de-sac, yet only 15 mins easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Hosts Daniel and Christelle could not have been more friendly and helpful, meeting us on arrival and taking the time and trouble to show us around and ensure that we knew where everything was, and how to use everything. Check in and check out were hassle free, and communication with our hosts was excellent. Would definitely recommend this property - we will certainly return next time we holiday in the area! Thank you both

Belle propriété, vraiment bien aménagée, impeccablement propre, lumineuse et aérée. Dans une impasse résidentielle très calme, à seulement 15 minutes à pied de la plage et des restaurants. Les hôtes Daniel et Christelle n'auraient pas pu être plus sympathiques et serviables, nous rencontrant à notre arrivée et prenant le temps et la peine de nous faire visiter les lieux et de s'assurer que nous savions où tout se trouvait et comment tout utiliser. L'enregistrement et le départ se sont déroulés sans problème et la communication avec nos hôtes était excellente. Je recommanderais certainement cette propriété - nous y retournerons certainement la prochaine fois que nous passerons des vacances dans la région ! Merci à vous deux

Wunderschönes Fereinhaus mit schönem Garten und zentraler Lage

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und liegt wenige Minuten vom Strand und dem Ortskern entfernt. Der Check in verlief zwar ohne direkten Kontakt, war aber problemlos und die Vermieter waren schnell per sms oder Mail erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig und eher für Familien mit kleineren Kindern geeignet, aber mit netten Restaurants ausgestattet. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden

Heel rustig gelegen en compleet uitgerust huis.

Huis gelegen in een heel rustige wijk en toch dicht bij het centrum en strand. Ruime tuin, verschillende terrassen en van alle comfort voorzien. Veel lekkere restaurantjes in de buurt, dagelijkse overdekte markt, gezellig stadje.

Maison avec jardin agréable

Maison très bien équipée avec un jardin agréable et bien aménagé. A 15 min de la plage à pieds. Très agréable le soir une fois la foule partie ! Ne pas manquer les petites cabanes à huitres et coquillages du port des Boucholeurs très proche. Maison très bien située pour visiter une grande partie de la Charente maritime.

Grande maison entourée d'un joli jardin. Une climatisation appréciée dans les pièces du RC, mais désactivée dans les pièces du haut. Dommage. Les chambres n'ont pas de rideau. Un peu gênant pour bien dormir... Un bémol : Il n'y avait que 6 assiettes. J'ai du en racheter 4...

La climatisation n'était pas au contrat. C''était un petit plus. Maintenant elle est proposée dans les équipements ainsi que le linge de lit. On a pris note pour les rideaux. On proposera une prestation pour le ménage. Merci, vous serez toujours les bienvenus.
