This bright 4500 sq. foot house with all the comforts of home in sunny Palm Springs awaits you! You'll experience a beautiful, renovated house located in south Palm Springs with a private pool. You'll enjoy access to downtown Palm Springs, golf courses and tourist sights, with the ability to retreat to a very comfortable upscale mid-century modern house which is finely appointed. The house offers an open living and family room area, 5 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, 4.5 bathrooms, a covered sun patio and inviting pool area with a spectacular mountain view! The dining and living areas boast contemporary furnishings with a classic mid-century modern Palm Springs feel, with a martini cart! The house has a very open feeling, with its mid-century modern contemporary furnishings and cool color palette and fine art collection. Guest will enjoy a full well-equipped kitchen with Viking stainless steel appliances: refrigerator, cook-top range, oven, dishwasher, microwave, wine refrigerator, and all tableware and utensils. There is a reason why our guests say they do not want to leave this Desert Oasis!!! The beds are very comfortable, as noted by our guests with luxurious Egyptian Cotton linens and towels. In the kitchen, we offer our guests many options for coffee; including a state of the art Breville Barista Espresso and Cappuccino Machine; for enjoying your coffee and perfecting your inner Barista! We also offer a Keurig, the original single-serve brewer and coffee beverage brewing system with a variety of K-cups, as well as, a French Press for those who enjoy a coffee of a coarser grind (about the consistency of kosher salt) than drip brew coffee filter. We aim to please with coffee and tea, which is complimentary during your stay. The kitchen has every small appliance including, Osterizer Blender, juicer, Kitchen Aid Mixer, Rice Cooker, Cuisinart Food Processor, Crock Pot. Toaster Oven, Soda Stream, electric skillet, Cuisinart Fondue Pot, Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker and Martini Cart. The kitchen is fully stocked with spices, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar and condiments to make your stay even more zesty! Every bedroom has its own TV, and we include Internet, cable and Wi-Fi for your devices. We offer telephone service and printer/scanner/fax for printing. Whether it is the children's homework assignment or your boarding tickets that need to be printed; paper is also included for ease of use. Both the telephone and printer are in the living room credenza. Laundry room includes laundry detergent/cleaning supplies for the washer/dryer. Pantry includes iron & ironing board, vacuum and paper & cleaning supplies.
