Take the elevator up to Tradewinds #1204 for far more than just incredible beach views from the private, furnished balcony. Inside, this Orange Beach rental features a bright and sunny living area, and a full, well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. On-site, guests will also have access to an indoor/outdoor pool, a picnic area, and a boardwalk out to the adjacent beach. This condo also welcomes groups and invites visiting snowbirds to book monthly stays starting as early as October!

The family-friendly Adventure Island, home of mini-golf, go-karts, kiddie rides, and more, sits right on the other side of Perdido Beach Boulevard. Just three miles up the coast, discover restaurants, shops, and a full-service marina at SanRoc Cay Marina. And for outdoor adventures, set off on the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail, located just two miles west.

Great place

This was our 2nd time staying in this condo. We loved having the balcony with the ocean view. It was clean and well stocked. The pool was warm and used several days. Im sure we will be back again next year.

We absolutely loved our stay here!

It was very clean when we came in, they had everything we needed, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Not only was it clean but it was just beautiful with a beachfront view in the living room and the master bedroom. Another thing we loved about this condo was the location. We were about a mile from everything and that was so nice too. We will definitely be staying here again.

This was a great condo with a excellent view , the only issue we had is the fold out couch bed was in very poor condition with broken springs but overall it was a very nice condo in a good location

I paid for use of the balcony and privacy. I was asked by Jeena of sugar beach…? To let the painter come through and paint the balcony. I expect we couldn’t have used the balcony until the paint dried! I called the # for Vacasa and spoke with Natalie. She told me she would have someone call me back. Never happened!!! I refused the painter. Further more the power washed hallways were a safety hazard for me. Fun addition , lemon oiling the elevator walls was a stain producer on my clothing.

Feels like home!

This is our 2nd time in 3 yrs to stay at this condo. We love the decor, it's very relaxing...everything you will need is here. They keep things very clean. The balcony view is amazing & it's a great place to start the day w/breakfast!! We won't stay anywhere else in Orange Beach!!

June 3-7, 2023 This is my 5th time staying at this condo. And just like the others this unit did not disappoint. On the beach. Great area with gas, stores , and plenty of food close by. Highly recommended. Clean unit with a great host!

Beautiful views and accommodations

Very nice accommodations and beautiful beachy decor. Loved the bunk bed option for the 2 year old and 10 year old plus the twin bed for an extra person. No one had to sleep on the pull out!

Great Beach Front Condo

We loved the location and view! It was much closer to the beach than depicted in the pictures. The pool was great and it was nice having an outdoor beach shower to rinse off the sand. Condo was clean. Washer and dryer worked fine once we cleaned the lint trap. You do need to bring your own beach towels. There are plenty of bath towels. We would definitely stay again!

perfect condo on the beach

This condo was perfect for our family of 5! Gorgeous views of the ocean straight on, clean condo unit, overall the outdoor appearance of the condo complex could use some repairs, a facelift but this particular condo inside was perfect. Heated pool makes it!
