Loved staying at this location. The property was beautiful, the other guests were so kind, the restaurant and staff were wonderful people. Highly recommend!

The place was beautiful, exceded our expectations however, the employees at the resort (pool area, restaurant) provided very poor customer service. The check in personnel was awesome. I would not go back just because how poorly I was treated by these individuals. I have stayed at many other places in the past and have always been treated with respect. We waited at our table for the bill for a very long time, I left with my kids to the pool cause they were getting tired of waiting, my husband stayed behind and until he had to go restroom they came out to clean the table, when he return he went up to the register and asked for the bill they accused him of trying to leave without paying.

LOVED OUR STAY

We loved our stay everything was accurate to post , only issue we came across that wasn’t clear was the property manager didn’t communicate with us as far as how to check in so we had to figure that out ourselves. No manager ever checked in with us .. The Views were amazing only complaint was the second story didnt have no A/C but our stay was overall great since the weather was perfect.

Family vacation

What a wonderful trip! Princessa de Penasco is a beautiful property and our room was perfect! The pictures do not do it justice! This is an amazing deal for the price. A beautiful beach, beautiful property and friendly staff. The grounds are very clean and well maintained and the Casago staff were super friendly. We had a small hiccup due to an error with the Vrbo online booking and they went about and beyond to help us straighten everything out. I can highly recommend this property! We had everything we needed and had a wonderful time! We will definitely be back!

Puerto Peñasco Run

This was my first time attending the Puerto Peñasco Bike Run and i will say that it was amazing. Our stay at this property and specifically this unit was beyond my expectations. Everything we needed was available and my only issue was that the unit had a slight smell of dirty sewer water. No complaints other than this and we appreciated the security.

The restaurant needs help!

Everything was amazing besides the restaurant. Went there twice to eat 2nd time we didn't even get service and sat inside. I also went in to get a coffee to go I asked the server he said ok. 15 minutes later still no coffee so I left. Other than that the condo was amazing very clean property was very well kept! Will stay again!

When we arrived the blankets on tje bottom floor were dirty with a worm on it and hair no curtain on the window upstairs bedroom same thing no curtain and refrigerator wasn’t working

While our housekeeping team thoroughly cleans each unit prior to every arrival, we understand how finding one in the condo would have been disappointing, and we apologize for the inconvenience. We also appreciate you bringing the missing bedroom curtain to our attention. As soon as we were notified, our team promptly installed a replacement to make your stay more comfortable. Regarding the refrigerator, we appreciate you reporting the issue during your stay. We arranged for our maintenance vendor to inspect the appliance; however, we were unfortunately unable to complete the inspection at that time. Please know that we are continuing to work on resolving the issue to ensure everything is operating properly for future guests. Beach Front/View

We enjoyed our stay at this location. The upper balcony was large with multiple seating options and outdoor cushions were stored inside the condo in between guest stays, so they were clean and in good condition. The furniture was not the same as in the picture, but better. Livingroom furniture was fairly new and in great condition. There was a full sized washer and dryer which is an upgrade from other units we have stayed in. We felt this unit was exceptionally clean (we gave the white glove test) and we felt very comfortable staying here. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Birthday weekend

Property was great. The size of the unit is great for large families like us. The only con of the unit is the water pressure to the showers is extremely low.
