Northeast Bay Escape in quiet Cayman Brac

Escape from the daily grind in a quiet, peaceful home - there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms and the entire house is yours to use except for the garage. Take in the beautiful hues of the blue and green ocean right from this secluded property - only steps from the house in the backyard. Lay in a hammock or lounger under the cabana and enjoy the sound and sights of the sea. Enjoy outdoor seating for meals or lounging. Prepare a meal on the charcoal grill in our secluded backyard shaded by sea grape and coconut trees.

The property was renovated in 2019 and has passed all annual inspections since 2019 by the Hotel Licensing Board of the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism. We entered the vacation rental market just before the Covid pandemic and learned many lessons during that time. We invite you to rest a while in our snug sofas and arm chairs. Enjoy a meal at the dining table with views of the backyard and the beauty that awaits you. The elegantly decorated bedrooms have comfortable mattresses and pillows. Both bathrooms are tastefully finished with walk-in showers. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to prepare your own meals - pots, bakeware, small appliances and induction stove and fridge.

Savor the simple pleasures of Cayman Brac - bird watch on the Bluff, hike the nature trails, explore the many limestone caves, snorkel and dive the clear, turquoise waters - all within a short walk of the property. Talk with the friendly locals and learn about the island.

Cayman Brac is located 90 miles from Grand Cayman and accessible by Cayman Airways. There is a direct flight from Miami, Florida on Saturdays otherwise connections are made through Grand Cayman.

Absolutely pristine location with private ocean access. The home is roomly and very clear. Great ocean access. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Can not reccomend highly enough.

Perfect spot on the Brac

Our family had a great time staying at Ellen’s place. It’s a large property, completely private, right on the beach with many different sitting areas and plenty of shade for the kids. Lots of hermit crabs around that the kids enjoyed watching. Looked like some great snorkeling right out the back as well although we weren’t able to try it out this trip. Next time!The house is well stocked with many kitchen tools and is nicely decorated and clean. Highly recommend staying here to relax and reconnect with nature sitting in the back and listening to the waves…very magical!

The Perfect Escape

We loved our stay at Northeast Bay Escape. Ellen, our host, was very helpful and able to answer all our questions. She provided a rinse bin for our scuba gear and allowed us to drop off our groceries before check-in. The home was well kept and a great location right on the beach. It was secluded and close to great scuba and snorkel spots (Handcuff reef and Scotts dock). We loved the sea grape trees that provided shade on the beach and the star viewing at night was amazing. I would definitely recommend staying at Northeast Bay Escape.

Winter escape

The house was amazing! Extremely clean. The beach was clean. With water shoes we were able to get in the ocean and swim and snorkel. The house was beautifully decorated and stocked with all essentials. The hosts were superb. Easy communication. Thanks so much Ellen and Delano for allowing us to stay in your home.

Amazing Home Rental

Renting this property was amazing. It is very spacious and also equipped. It has a very big yard and beach behind. The beach is rocky so you will need to wear sea shoes but beautiful. House was well equipped. Hammocks and clothes washing euipments was also available. All bedrooms was very nice. Very AWESOME home owner even brought by some tasty mango cake. Highly recommend and would stay there again.
