Family Room with large screen television, cable, sound bar, WIFI, new couch and loveseat. Brand new flooring, no carpet in home. Large kitchen with table that seats four plus three bar stools. Kitchen includes stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker and microwave oven. Games, cards, beach chairs, and towels available. Restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and casino cruises are minutes away. Centrally located to Tarpon Springs, New Port Richey, Weeki Wachee, golfing, amusement parks, kayaking, fishing, boating, beaches, parks, bike trails, camping, National Wildlife Refuge where you can visit the Manatee, saltwater marshes, bayous and inlets that are home to dolphins, tortoises and gray foxes. Great place to stay!

A nice, fully furnished home in an older neighborhood. Very Convenient location with easy access to the area’s attractions and Tampa/St. Petersburg activities. Owners we very accommodating and easy to work with. Would highly recommend this property!

Homey and restful abode

The home was immaculate and very roomy. The beds were amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed. All the directions were cert clear and we felt rught at hime. If you are looking for a place to relax then this is it.

Our host, Rick, quickly replied when we asked questions.

The house is even better than we expected. We loved the screened in back porch. It has plenty of seats for everyone. We grilled burgers and spent most of our time there. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. I especially enjoyed the lift chair!! There is now a Keurig coffee machine which is definitely a plus. Rick is a great host and checked in with us several times during our stay. I highly recommend Rick and his home.

Terrific Visit with granddaughter

This house was the best place I could have stayed, visiting with my family for my granddaughter's 4th birthday. It has everything you need, and more. The entertainment system is premium quality and I felt completely safe staying there by myself. I am so appreciative this house was offered as an option and even more thankful I chose it. Highly recommended, you are so close to so many attractions and shopping, yet in a quiet neighborhood where you can unwind and relax after a fun busy day. Thank you so much Rick.

Snowbird house

We are snowbirds from Indiana. This is the second year we have stayed at Rick’s house, 2 months this time. Rick has to be the best owner ever, very easy to work with and his house is very well stocked with the incidentals that most rental houses don’t have. We spend a lot of time relaxing in the back porch. We also enjoy the Port Richey area due to the close proximity of good restaurants, good, reasonably priced golf courses, good beaches and the overall nice people we have met here. We had 2 sets of old friends and some of our family stay with us at various times. We hope to return.

Perfect

House was great, location was perfect... tons of things to do in the area. We swam with the manatees, then were swimming in clearwater for the evening. Kinda upset because they cancelled fireworks because of covid. But were pleasantly surprised when we got home and found the entire neighborhood giving off the best fireworks display i have ever seen in my life lol. Some many ammenities with this home. Highly recommend using Rick. We will def be back.

What a great place!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is clean and comfortable, outfitted with everything you could possibly need. Rick (the host) was very kind, responsive, and accommodating. Would 100% recommend, and hopeful to return next year.

It was very clean and had all the amenities we could ask for including extra pillows if we needed them. Everything was stocked very well as far as any cooking supplies or dishes. I really would not have had to pack anything for the airplane that was liquid because, they had everything already there when we got there. I would definitely stay there again.

Great Home and Host

We are very pleased with our stay. The host always responds quickly when texting him. The home is exactly as stated in his description. The home is good size for a 2bdrm 2 bath. The kitchen is an open concept with the dining room. Plenty of space to entertain. Good size bedrooms. The king size bedroom has a sizable closet and a good sizable double sink bath. The tv must be a 75”. The second bedroom has queen size bed a large tv with a large closet. The 2nd bath is a shower only but sizable. You don’t need anything other than food. Everything else is supplied. From body wash, shampoo and conditioner. I believe it is from other guest that left their products. There is plenty of toiletries, cleaning supplies, to towels, washcloths and hand towels. Plenty of dish soap and dishwashing tablets, laundry detergent, drying sheets, trash bags. I mean Rick supplies everything. We really was amazed on the size of the home and the cleanliness to the comfortable clean new furnishings. The pictures Rick posted is exactly as seen. Rick is a great host and his home is beautiful. We will definitely stay here again. We highly recommend Rick and his home. Thanks Rick for everything. Jerry M

This property was surprisingly very roomy with separate seating around the house. It was also the most well-stocked property I have rented. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return when we are in the area.

Clean and spacious.

My parents and I were in the area visiting family. My parents are elderly and so the one story house was perfect for us. There was plenty of room and the house had everything that we needed for our stay. The hosts were very communicative and checked in a couple times through email, during our stay. We will definitely try to stay in this house again if we are back in the area.

Location and oh, those magnolias!

Perfect location in Port Richey while we explored the area. super convenient to restaurants and shopping. But the best part is the huge back screened lanai that runs nearly the width of the home and two huge magnolia trees in the yard that fill your senses with their wonderful fragrance. Rick was great keeping in touch and helping with all of our needs.
