This large 5 BR/2 Bath home is the perfect spot for your family vacation. Just steps away from desirable Grand Beach in Old Orchard, ME (via a deeded beach access path) this beautiful and well-maintained property comes with every amenity needed to help you enjoy a true seaside escape. This portion of OOB is quiet and family-friendly, offering plenty of space to spread out. Boasting two outside showers, BBQ grill, outside lobster cooker, fire pit and screened sitting area, the large back yard (abutting marshland) is the perfect place to gather for family-time after a day at the beach. Also, you will enjoy truly spectacular sunset views over the marsh. If you prefer the activity of The Pier and nearby Palace Playland you will have carefree access via the trolly stop within close walking distance to the property. The fully-equipped, spacious kitchen has several seating areas enabling it to easily accommodates large groups. Each bedroom has its own TV allowing all guests to keep-up with their favorite shows in seclusion. The third floor comes with ping-pong and foosball tables providing additional indoor activities in the event of rain. The home has WiFi access and cable television, as well as a Bose speaker on the main floor for those impromptu family dance parties. There is a washer/dryer on site and window air conditioners are installed in each room. Easily park 3-4 cars on the property. Bedrooms comfortably sleep 11, and living area has a futon sofa for additional sleeping capacity. This property provides a truly unique opportunity to gather the whole family for togetherness and memory making.

Family Summer

The property suited our needs very well. It was a very short walk to the access to access to an uncrowned part of the beach across the street. Although on a main road, traffic wasn’t really an issue and it was quiet at might for sleeping. The house was close enough to the wharf and amusement park that we could easily get there when we wished. We enjoyed ourselves and were very comfortable in the house.

Another great time!!

My family and I stayed here last year and had a great time, so we returned again this year and had another wonderful vacation. Weather was almost perfect had 1 day of rain and 1 cloudy day, it was good to have a break from the sun. We are looking to stay again next year!

Great House!

Great place for our family. Easy walkway to the beach. Home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Susan, the owner, was very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend!.

Not as expected

It was not that clean. Greasy pots and pans Beds for 12 people but enough seating in living room and around the table. Be aware that bedding, sheets and towels are not provided. Good location. Path to the beach right across the street.

Perfect location!

This home was great for the 9 of us that stayed. The week we were there, the temps were pretty high, it was awesome having AC in every room to cool us down after the beach. The outdoor showers are a genius addition, this kept sand out of the house and helped wash away the salty water and bits of seaweed. There are a lot of great places to eat but also, the stores are very close to get anything you may need. I recommend staying here! Thanks for a perfect week!
