The perfect getaway! Newly renovated with high end finishes and meticulously cared for, this cozy condo is waiting to be your home away from home! Conveniently located on the ground level and overlooking nearby mountains and a pond. High end appliances in the gourmet kitchenette. The studio accommodates up to 4 people with a comfy king bed and sleeper sofa complete with a memory foam mattress for maximum comfort. Luxury linens included. My son Ryan and I are doing this venture together! His love for the mountains and constant convincing that we needed a place in the mountains led us to this point. When I was growing up, my family always had cabins up in the mountains of Colorado. We visited them a lot. My dad was a minister and he took bus loads of young people skiing in Colorado almost the whole time I was growing up! My Mom was born in Colorado Springs and my grandparents lived there off an on for decades. My grandfather would take my family on long drives through the mountains and we would pack a picnic lunch and my grandfather would always find the perfect place to stop, eat and soak in the scenery! Consequently, loving Colorado has always been a part of my life. Ryan and I are so excited to share our beautiful place with others. We hope you'll enjoy it as much as we have enjoyed making it a special place!

We didn't even look at anything else! My son Ryan found this gem the minute it went on the market and convinced me to immediately go and look at it. I told Ryan I really wasn't sure I was ready to do this venture but the minute I opened the door, I fell in love! That was it. We bought it and we are now the proud owners! We hope you get the same feel when you open the door!
