Steps away from the water park and clubhouse. This gorgeous two floor townhouse is located in the prestigious Windsor Hills Resort! The townhouse is just steps away from the main clubhouse and is well maintained, continually updated, and sure to please. This unit is an end unit which is more private and larger than other townhomes in the same area.

We have updated the kitchen with a new table, added new bedding, installed blackout curtains to help guests get a good nights sleep, and added new decor to give the place a fresh clean look.

We have and continue to maintain a very high level of service to our guests ensuring that they have constant access to reach us and secure their peace-of-mind with providing a responsive management company which stands ready to assist them 24 hours a day.

House Rules:
At this time, the resort is allowing the 6 guests staying in our home access to the water park and pool.
Please note that this is a secure resort, requiring a car pass for each vehicle that enters the resort.
Guests are required to complete rental agreement via Adobe Sign. Only guests on the rental agreement are allowed in the home, without prior approval.
At this time, the resort is not allowing visitors to the pool and water park, just registered guests only.
**Please not that our community pool will be closed September 5-October 6, 2024 for resurfacing. The water park will be open to enjoy with your family.

Beautiful, Peaceful Home Away From Home

We traveled with 3 generations and this property accommodated everyone beautifully. Having a downstairs bedroom for those with sore joints was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked and large enough for multiple cooks to work together. Everything was well decorated, well designed and well laid out. The private pool was peaceful, clean and refreshing. The larger complex pool was a lot of fun. We appreciated the safety measures on the private pool. So many thoughtful details, (treats, toys and books etc) really elevated our experience.

Great place to stay, great facilities and so close to the magic!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Place was very clean, had all amenities (even a high chair for infant feedings!), felt very safe, and was so close to Disney! The host was responsive and helpful. Even got a chance to try out the gym! Home is perfect if you have a young family and want to be really really close to the magic!!

Great location!!

We absolutely loved it here. Everything was clean, and very organized. The pool was a nice touch for our kids. Location is excellent as it is close to the main strip, and Disney. Neighborhood is very safe and secure as well. Beds were comfortable and closets were roomy. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Time Pleasure

Great accommodations for 4 adults and two children. Well appointed with great touches for the little ones. The close walk to the clubhouse is also great with kids. Hosts were very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

Girl’s trip

This was our second stay in this home. We had a wonderful time once again! The home’s private pool was warm and we spent as much time in it as possible!! We also enjoyed the water park, game room, and store on the property. The lovely home was very comfortable and suited our multi aged family perfectly. The property is centrally located to Disney and shopping. The owners were wonderful and very attentive to our requests. We were so happy to be able to spend another trip in this lovely home!!! Hopefully, we will be back , next year!!

Purchased the townhome to provide our guests with the best vacation experience for their Disney vacation. We love visiting our properties and updating the unit as much as possible. We enjoy owning and managing the townhome for visitors.

Why they chose this property

This property is an end unit, which is larger and more private than most townhomes. The pool area backs up to a unique green space that has a walking track and lounge area. This unit was fully renovated in 2018 and meticulously maintained by the management company and the owners.
