This review is disappointing mainly because there was absolutely no communication from the guest. I did not receive a single message at any point. The guest did not send a greeting, did not respond after booking, did not reach out during the stay, and did not contact me at checkout. The first time I saw these concerns was in the review itself. The home has adjustable heating that guests control themselves and is normally very warm. There are plenty of extra blankets available in the house. I am always available to help, but I cannot address issues that are never communicated. Regarding the bed, comfort is very personal. Some guests prefer firmer mattresses, while others prefer softer ones. Other guests have not raised concerns about the bed, and this is not something that can be adjusted based on individual preference. All beds in the home, including the king bed in the master bedroom, do have mattress pads. These comments do not reflect the actual condition of the home or the overall hosting experience.
