We were Plum Lazy at Plum Lazy

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Plum Lazy is a cute, comfortable house in beautiful Seaside. We would have liked some room-darkening window treatments in the bedrooms and a better eqiupped kitchen. We enjoyed the short walk to the stores, beaches, and pool. Great rocking chairs one of the three porches.

Plum Lazy a PlumJoy

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this two bedroom vacation home for a long weekend for a wedding. It was a perfect house! We were walking distance to the plaza with restaurants and shopping, walking distance to the beach and walking distance to the wedding reception. The house was charming, in perfect condition and came with several amenities including two bikes which we were able to use to tour the whole area. There was plenty of room for the three of us with two bedrooms, a king size bed and a queen size bed. I would definitely return.

6/10 Okay

Potential unrealized

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental home is in a perfect location and has great potential. The problem is that they put zero mantanance into the place. Simple stuff. Most all of the pull handles on the drawers were loose. The shower glass door shower handle was about to fall off. The vanity door hinge was broken. The yard and crows nest had leftover trash all over. Ice maker wasn't working. This is very simple maintenance but it is ignored. Break out a screwdriver and tighten the place up. I would not recommend this place or return without a maintenance plan in place. Oh, and the mattresses were terrible. For these prices,I want a good night sleep.
Response from VrboOwner on 6 Oct 2023
Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent stay. We genuinely appreciate your comments, as they help us identify areas for improvement. We deeply apologize for the maintenance issues you encountered during your stay, including loose drawer handles, a malfunctioning shower door handle, a broken vanity hinge, and cleanliness concerns. This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and we are taking immediate steps to rectify these issues. We understand the importance of a well-maintained property, and we are committed to implementing a comprehensive maintenance plan to ensure our guests have a more enjoyable and hassle-free experience in the future. We also appreciate your input on the mattresses and will explore ways to improve sleep quality for our guests. We hope you might reconsider and give us another opportunity to provide you with a greatly improved stay.

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Plum Lazy could not be in a better location to Seaside square. The home was very clean but needs some updating. The upstairs bedroom has only shear blinds & the master bath does not have any blinds which was a concern with privacy. otherwise, a great home for vacay.
