Private Pool-Golf Cart-Beach Service

Located in the exclusive neighborhood of Destiny East. This stunning home has five bedrooms and can sleep up to 17 guests. The 4,300 sq. ft. home has a private pool with waterfall, audio system, pool table, and ping pong table for entertaining. This rental comes with a complimentary 6 seater golf cart and beach service (4 chairs and 2 Umbrella's).

This home has beautiful vaulted 20' ceilings upon entry. There are two large living spaces on the bottom floor. The stately kitchen combines these two spaces and has all the necessities to prepare wonderful meals. There is a gas range, double oven, dual refrigerator and custom cabinetry. There is plenty of seating with a dining table that seats 10, round top breakfast table that seats 5 and an additional 4 bar stools at the kitchen bar. There is also a dining table by the pool for outside seating.

On the bottom floor there are two bedrooms. One is large for singles or children with 3 sets of bunks. Twins are on the top and doubles are on the bottom. There is also a suite with a king size bed and en suite bathroom. Upstairs are three bedrooms. One suite has a king size bed and en suite bathroom and one has a queen size bed and en suite bathroom. The grand master bedroom is very spacious with a king size bed, ample sitting area, large closet and balcony. The spa like master bathroom has a double walk in shower, soaking tub and dual vanities. There is an over sized covered lanai on the upper floor with seating and gulf views.

Destiny is a premiere neighborhood located in Destin. The neighborhood is quite and family friendly. There are two large private pools, fitness center, tennis courts, and a community movie theater for guest to use during their stay. Wristbands are required and must be left at departure. This neighborhood does not allow renters under 25. College groups are not allowed. This is a gated neighborhood and security staff check's ID's. A guest list is required and adults cannot check in anyone under 25 into the home and leave the premises.

This home is in the perfect location to enjoy everything Destin and the surrounding areas have to offer! Close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and a long walking/bike trail. There is a binder in the home with restaurants and activities for your convenience. If you have questions or need help with anything while you are here we are a phone call away!

We know pets are part of your family too. We do allow dogs with management approval. If you would like to bring a pet please inquire with the type, size , weight and how many you are wanting to bring.

The pool can be heated in colder months with notice prior to arrival and an additional fee.

Beach service is offered at the Crab Trap. You will have four chairs and two umbrella's to use everyday of your stay March 1st - October 31st.

In lieu of a damage deposit, a $110.00 fee is added to every reservation for damage insurance. This policy covers the guest up to $1,500.00. This fee will show up as an admin fee at check out.
