This beautiful Caribbean Oasis is a 5minute drive from the number one rated beach in the world: Grace Bay Beach. The beautiful Kapur hardwood gives you a chalet experience here in the Caribbean. You have your privacy but with our provided car you are only minutes away from Grace Bay to shop and experience the island life during the day and also the night life at night.

The space

Located in Long Bay, this thoughtfully created and beautifully custom built residence is a hillside oasis with an abundance of natural vegetation surrounding the outdoor living areas creating a tranquil tropical retreat.

The Kapur hardwood vaulted ceilings, beams and A-frame windows provide the rustic charm of a Caribbean barefoot luxury chalet. Three sets of eight foot French doors, which open up to the backyard sanctuary, continue the spacious interior open plan from indoor to the outdoors.

The serene outdoor area includes a covered gazebo with built-in lounge leading to a heated swimming pool. The home is 2,915 SF with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a mezzanine/loft that can be used as a den, media room or transformed into a 4th bedroom.

High standard, quality construction and finishing coupled with high efficiency make this home an incredible investment for any family or lifestyle. Kitchen cabinetry is custom made in Spanish cedar with soft close hinges and drawers and the countertops are custom made with African hardwood.

Mahogany stairs lead to the mezzanine/loft with Kapur balustrade and mahogany composite flooring on this level. Travertine tile flooring throughout the main living areas and bedrooms. Air conditioning units are all energy efficient inverter split units for bedrooms and main living area and basement.

All lighting in the home feature long lasting energy efficient LED bulbs. Water heater and pool pumps are solar powered with electrical backup and the home is also equipped with a back-up generator. The 0.48 acres is partially fenced and entrance to the property is through a mahogany clad automatic gate. There is rescue outdoor cat his name is Charly

Had to stay somewhere else.

The pictures must be very old. The managers showed up to the house right at check in time, to get their cat. We had let them know that we had people allergice to cats. There were piles of full trash bags by the gate, and random junk all through the yard. There is a car parked in from of the house with a musty cover on it. You are greeted at the door by an old mop that looks like it has been there for some time. The home shows lots of deferred maintenance. The pool was only a few feet deep, but so dirty that you could not see the bottom. Inside, some surfaces looked like they were quickly wiped off, but not cleaned. There was a door that had been left open as well as some windows,so the home was very hot. Upon closing up the house, and turning on the air conditioners, we discovered that the main room unit did not work, and one of the bedrooms barely worked. The main part of the house had a very bad smell and made your eyes burn. Because the doors had been open so long, there were bugs flying throughout the house. All of the windows had a film on them, and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The bedding looked like someone had gone to a thrift store and just threw some random blankets and pillows on the bed, they were not made and looked like they had not been changed from whoever was staying there previously. The overall dirty condition of the house and especially the non functioning AC units and the dirty pool, combined with the cat smells forced our group to find other accomodations as it was not acceptable for a vacation rental in that condition. Working with host and VRBO for a full refund.

Lovely lodging on paradise provo Island

We were three generations traveling, ages 13 - 65+. The three bedrooms and loft area suited us fine. The property was clean and pool was refreshing. Given it was "winter" and there is ample shading, the pool was only used during the early afternoon when it was warm. The property is 5 minutes drive from Grace Bay and less than 10 minutes from Leeward Beach so there are tons of activities, beaches, restaurants, and other exciting adventures within minutes. Having the car(s) available was a HUGE asset. The host, Maia and her brother, Chris were available for any questions about the property or the island in general. The only recommendation we have is to ensure the wifi signal extends throughout the property so that technology works in every bedroom. Awesome vacation!
