Spaces to live different from the daily ideally located in the island between two arms of Loire, associating the dream, the proximity of the water, the beautiful traditional work, the calm and a romantic decoration.
For the LOIRE ROMANCE boat we have favored solid wood for aesthetics and comfort and in an ecological concern for varnishes and lazures that are not harmful for the environment.

We deliberately aimed for a high standard of equipment and comfort on board. Bedding, kitchen equipment with dishwasher, induction hob, oven crisp, hood ... sanitary: glass cabin shower, glass basin sink, electric towel rail and separate toilet. Running water and city drinking and sewage disposal to the network.

VILLA DE LOIRE is a very nice independent apartment on the first floor of the large imperial villa in a private park that offers a breathtaking view of the Loire Valley facing south and relaxing park side.
Here we have sought to propose a place reminiscent of the royal river flowing past the property on the island of Offard in the center of Saumur.
The VILLA DE LOIRE apartment is distinguished by an aestheticism combining the traditional and the contemporary. The Loire so close inspires the decoration: whitened tones or driftwood and a vintage and innovative furniture. High table in the living room, allowing for lunch over the river; canopy in the master bedroom and trendy decor. Kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, bathtub in the bathroom.
Outside, the very flowered park dominated by its immense cedar of Lebanon almost three hundred years old is an invitation to travel with its small palm grove and banana plantation, its giant bamboo massif, but also a trip back in time with its rock cave late nineteenth and the exoticism of the canopy.

Both cottages can be rented simultaneously offering accommodation for 12 people or 14 people (6 people on the boat LOIRE ROMANCE and 6 people in the VILLA OF LOIRE) or separately depending on availability.

The park of the villa is available largely for a barbecue, a part of balls or bowling that we lend you.
