For Family Reservations a $750 Refundable Security Deposit is Required

Groups Ages 18-25 are OK however an additional $750.00 = $1,500 Refundable Security Deposit is required and the End of Stay Cleaning Fee will be an additional $450. Both will be adjusted after you book.

Base Price is for 20 guests add $100 + tax = $112 each 21-35 over age 17

Sleep Safe: All linens and towels are included and are 100% commercially sanitized and disinfected after every stay by System Laundry Management Co.

The house has plenty of rooms for our large group. The host responded quickly when the hot tub was not hot enough. The beach was so close. It’s an older house and since it’s beachfront, it’s expected to have sand and worn down a bit, which is understandable. We really enjoyed our time here!

Location was perfect, pool, jacuzzi and house were as described. Tons of room for 28 people. Access to beach couldn't have been any closer, basically steps to the sand. Climate control in the house was functional and available, but didn't need it. Views were unobstructed and beautiful. New grill worked perfectly. House cleaning was requested and promptly provided. Host was very responsive.

Host was very responsive and helpful and did everything they could to make our stay wonderful. Enjoyed the proximity to the beach, the kids had a blast playing in the sand and in the pool. Having seperated living rooms helped adult have kid free fun while the kids still enjoyed their games/shows.

Best beach house we've stayed at. We wanted casual beachfront digs for us and our dog, and this place delivered. We especially enjoyed the quiet location, beachfront access and extra large space to move around in. The master bedroom balcony offered stunning views, with palm trees swaying in the foreground. The mattresses were squeaky, but comfortable. We slept very well.We appreciate mgmt allowing us to stay an extra night so we could wait for improved road conditions after Winter Storm Fern.

The house was very dated and is need of a major remodel. Several objects are rusted, cabinets and door handles are broken, and just overall run down. The three ‘beachfront suites’ upstairs have beautiful views, however all the other rooms are small, closed off, and outdated. The hot-tub was filthy upon arrival, but luckily the pool service came the next day to drain the water and refill it. The location is great! The two washer and dryers were ideal, as was the small dumpster garbage can onsite. My advice, spend a little more and stay in a nicer home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was everything we wanted it to be. We had 5 families and the adults were outnumbered by kids, but it was perfect. The boys enjoyed the bunk beds, the girls loved their sleep overs in the king beds, and the adults got to enjoy slow mornings on the upstairs balcony while drinking coffee. There was plenty of room and the beach was at the back door. There are some minor things that need attention, but they didn’t impact our stay at all. We had to do some cleaning when we first arrived, but the house overall was exactly what we wanted. Thank you so much for sharing this house with us and letting our families be able to enjoy a vacation together.

Perfect house for large group

This beach house was a perfect match for our large family vacation. With only a few steps from the back door to the beach, it suited our elderly as well as convenient for those with smaller children who needed to make frequent trips back to the house. It would be helpful if there were more larger cookware such as pots and skillets for large meals but we made do with what was available. Thanks for sharing this beautiful home!

Any time there is a problem, you get fantastic service from the management company. We have stayed at this property 3 times and this summer was the best yet. Easy to get to PCDC for diving as well as a straight shot to the Jetties. This location is not in a high traffic area and that suits our needs so well.

Location location location!

To have a place in Panama City with a semi private beach was perfection! The layout of the house was great for our family of 19, the proximity to beach was great as well. Close enough to the house that we could watch the littles walk back and forth between the house and beach. We had an issue with the air not working great but they replaced the unit within two days, and brought extra fans to get us through. The kitchen is not stocked very well and the house is in major need of some TLC. But, that being said, we would 100% rent this house again!

Fantastic space

We rented this house so our out of town guests could stay together for our wedding weekend. The space is terrific, and the location is perfect on the “quieter” east end of PCB. The house is beautifully situated on the beach with a lovely pool and hot tub. The property manager was kind and attentive to our needs. We highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable space to share with loved ones.

We had a great time. There were some minor problems but Paula took care of them right away. The house was just what we were looking for because of the size of our group. Plenty of privacy if needed, great room where everyone could be comfortable. Great location.

As you noted when you called our local contact number for those minor issues, (gas grill LP tank needing refilled, bathroom door lock needing adjustment and some extra pillows needed Paula sent our maintenance man to take care of them the same day. As you know, fortunately we were able to get the upstairs air conditioner compressor changed right before you checked in. It was our pleasure having your large family as our guests.
