A beautiful two story 5 bedroom home. Suitable for families. Includes an in-law suite downstairs w/full bath. An amazing movie room with a pull out sofa bed.
A large backyard on a gorgeous pond. The House is located in the water community of Poquoson Virginia. Conveniently located halfway between Virginia Beach and Williamsburg.
Bush gardens, water Country and the historic colonial Williamsburg are only 20 minutes away. The historical Yorktown waterfront and beach are only 15 minutes away. Just an amazing location to stay in.

Pleasant Graduation stay

Family Graduation stay. The home was well appointed and exactly as listed. Very spacious for multiple groups to have space throughout the home. The elders enjoyed the sun porch daily. There are a few minor housekeeping issues: all mirrors were dirty and in need of a deep cleaning. The upstairs spare shower tub filled as if taking a bath and all the dirt off the shower curtain (we replaced w/ new one) floated in the water. Beside those minor issues the home was in a safe and quiet neighborhood. I would rent again.

Excellent Vacation

Home Away From Home

The house was very clean the yard is greatly manicured (landscaped). The house is described just like it was advertised. However ! When renting in a community like this you are maybe on vacation or whatever you engagement . You still have to respect the neighbors. So no loud talking on the patio or playing the tv to loud in the living room. The house is a great vacation place. I was blessed to have experience it .👍🏾
