Located just an hour west of the Minneapolis area, and 15 minutes north of Hutchinson, this gorgeous updated property is perfect for family gatherings, romantic getaways, girls weekends or corporate retreats!

This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom craftsman style home is completely renovated and offers a coastal vibe. It has over 4,000 square feet of living space and sleeps 10+ people.

Beautiful open layout with floor to ceiling windows facing Lake Washington! The wrap around screened-in porch is the perfect space for morning coffee and afternoon card games or cocktails!

In the winter, bring your snow shoes or cross country skis and head out on the lake! Then come in and cozy up next to one of 3 fireplaces while you sip on hot cocoa, play pool in the lower level family room or watch a movie in the theater room-complete with surround sound!

During your stay:
Rent a pontoon or watercraft from a local dealer and head out on beautiful Lake Washington, which is a 2700-acre, recreational lake. There are many public accesses for visitors to use! Cruise the channel and explore Lake Stella also! (For more information, Google "Pontoon rentals near Dassel, MN"

*Relax in the sun on a floatie or take a cruise in a kayak!

*Fish the waters of Lake Washington, known for Walleye, Northern, Bass, Pan Fish and crappies. In the winter, enjoy ice fishing!

*Hike the walking trails in the area when its warm, and cross-country ski or snow shoe on the lake in the winter!

*Find one of the local snowmobiling trails to venture out on!

*Within a few miles, explore the area restaurants, antique shops, golfing, miniature golfing, coffee shops and shopping!

This property was gorgeous! The entire house was very clean, and had a lot of amenities. We really enjoyed the kayaks that were available. The lake wasn’t ideal for fishing, but a fun recreational lake!

While the weather was cool we appreciated the layout of the house and the space offered for our multi-generational group. We didn’t get the opportunity to swim but did love the screened in porch and fire table. There was plenty of room for our group of 8 adults and 4 littles.

Our second stay and it was just as good as the first. Large functional spaces. Everything you need in the kitchen. Love the screened in deck, especially with the propane fireplace on in the evenings. Shallow water around the dock is nice for younger kids learning to swim. Hope to be back!

Fun Family Time!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home! The views from the wall of windows overlooking the lake is amazing! Lots of space for groups to gather for movies, games or to just relax. The kitchen was very well stocked and the beds very comfortable. Super appreciated the lovely Christmas decorations, including 2 trees, as we gathered there to celebrate together. Owners were super responsive and helpful - very easy check in and out. Would stay here again for sure!

The screened porch is our favorite!!

This was our 2nd time at Hope Shores. It is a beautiful lake home with a great view of the lake. Our family spent many hours on the screened porch drinking our morning coffee and playing games! We also enjoyed our time on and in the lake!

Wow, what a great lake home! Beautiful inside and out, extremely well-equipped kitchen, great open floor plan, several fireplaces, great screened porch. The list goes on. It's conveniently located close to the Twin Cities and is on a very quiet street. Absolutely would stay there again!

Contrary to other views, we loved the lake. Heading out a football field in any direction was 3 foot deep water. Little weeds or muck. House is gorgeous and owner was quick response on everything.

Wonderful Memories

We enjoyed celebrating New Years with family and friends in this beautiful house! The open living and kitchen area was perfect for sharing meals and playing games! The movie room was perfect for the 10 of us to watch a movie together! The downstairs pool table and bar area was perfect for celebrating the new year! We even utilized the lake for some ice fishing during our stay! We love this house and would highly recommend to others!

Wonderful stay

Our family of 8 adults and one infant like to get together each year at a lake home. Your home was perfect and at a great location to the twin cities. The home was very clean and organized. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend your home to others, so long as they don't have pets. Our only complaint is that your pet fee was too high for us to consider staying there again.

House was awesome but lake not the best

I wish I could pick up this house and put it on another lake. House was perfect for the family and love the pool table and arcade and movie room and screen porch and firepit. The problem was the lake was very shallow and not the best for fishing or swimming or tubing. Wish we could move the house to another lake.

Shore House Haven

Beautiful property on the lake - as advertised and more. Recently extended dock handedly accompanied our boat and the pontoon rented. Screened in porch provided a wonderful way to wake up in the morning, a great view of the lake to watch boating activities and we enjoyed an open bon fire as well. Unit was mistakingly not cleaned upon our arrival and the managers were quick to respond. A real retreat.

Our family loved this home. We enjoyed coffee on the porch each morning and We especially loved the spaciousness of the great room. The kids enjoyed the theatre room and the train track and accessories. The place was well stocked with baking needs and spices and there were lots of different size crockpots and small kitchen appliances available for use. It was probably one of the best stocked VRBO rentals we have ever used.

Family Vacation

Beautiful lake home that was beyond our expectations. Kitchen had everything needed and had a pantry full of small appliance. Plenty of bedding and beach towels available. Kids enjoyed the theater room and teens hung out in the upstairs sitting room. The wrap around screened-in porch was awesome for evening card playing or early morning coffee time listening to the loons. So much space to enjoy!We brought boats to enjoy the lake and swimming out in the center. Quite a few weeds in lakeshore water that the grandkids weren’t fond of. The laundry room closet has an array of life vests available too.We will absolutely come back if it works out!

We thoroughly enjoyed a 4 night getaway with our 2 adult children, their spouses and our 2 grandchildren at this beautiful property! We couldnt have asked for better accomodations. Perfect getaway
