A private back patio invites outdoor dining when the weather calls for it (grill available spring and summer).

For a stunning day trip, head to Bodega Bay on the coast — about an hour away — where you can walk the dramatic shoreline that inspired Alfred Hitchcock`s The Birds and enjoy legendary clam chowder and fresh seafood. A car is recommended, though Uber is available locally.

Check-out is at 11:00 am or before. If you have not checked out by then, you will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr.

NO PETS POLICY
This is a strictly pet-free property. Many of our guests have pet allergies, so all homes are kept completely pet-free.
Any evidence of pets or pet damage will result in a $500 charge.

QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
No outdoor or amplified sound is allowed at any time. Please be considerate of your neighbors throughout your stay.
