Cute and cozy with great views of the Ashokan Reservoir

A great view from the patio with private entrance to the house. A nice living space with a propane fireplace, sofa couch, kitchenette and eating area. Parking is off to the side and perfect for easy loading and unloading for skiing and hiking. Some stairs may be present.

Our beautiful and welcoming home, perched high above the Ashokan Reservoir, is spacious, well appointed, and sun filled. The south facing property offers stunning 180 degree views of the southern Catskills Mountains and of the Mohonk Mountain preserve. Take a deep breath, relax and enjoy with friends and familly.

Very nice cottage with attention to so many details! Comfortable bed and nice linens, everything needed in the kitchenette. The a/c in the bedroom was nice on these warm summer nights. The water pressure in the shower weak but good enough. Convenient location to great walks in the Ashkon Rail Trail and close to town. Pay close attention to the owners instructions that will get you to the house - Do NOT cut/paste the address into GPS if you want to avoid getting lost!
