A large bedroom (1 bed in 160 convertible into 2 single beds), a functional laundry room and a toilet complete this level. The icing on the cake, an ideal rack for drying wetsuits in the laundry room, as well as an outdoor water point and storage for surfing equipment, make the after-surf session easier.On the 1st floor there are three bedrooms:- the first is equipped with a 160 bed convertible into 2 single beds,- the second has 4 single beds (including 2 bunk beds)- the third is a master suite with a 160 bed and a private shower room with an Italian shower.On this floor there is also a bathroom (shower and bath), a separate toilet and a large dressing room.On the entire 2nd floor, the converted attic serves as an exceptional cosy room, equipped with very thick carpet and two skylight-balconies from which you can observe the surf spots.
