DO NOT STAY THERE!! It was the worst experience !!! We stayed there and both got horrible cases of bed bug bites! I have huge clusters of bites from my head, to my face to my neck and to every part of my body. We both had a terrible time of it and I am still full of huge itchy bumps. I wrote them multiple times. The only response that I got was blame from Randi who said that they wish we had told them sooner so they could have moved us. (We told them as soon as it happened!) I sent them many pictures, both of the bedbugs and of the welts all over our bodies, as well as videos of the bed bugs crawling on their bed, and was told that we would hear from the manager, but they went radio silent. It was unconscionable behavior! Not to dilute the severity of the bug bites, but in addition, outlets weren't working, the microwave wasn't working, we didn't have a fan until we asked and got it on day three,... I am happy to share the pictures here if requested. Do not stay there! It has been an absolute nightmare for us! They are the worst!

Déception

L'appartement n'était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes. À notre arrivée, il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude et le robinet du lavabo de la sdb fuyait (il y avait de l'eau au sol). Ils sont venus rétablir l'eau chaude et réparer la fuite, mais le robinet coulait toujours. De plus, les fenêtres ne s'ouvrent pas et il n'y a ni air climatisée, ni ventilateur. Et l'une des poubelles n'avait été vidée, un vieux bas trainait dans un coin, ainsi qu'un masque...
