Great location next to Nubs Nob and the Highlands. Clean and quiet, comfy sheets and beds.

Main floor toilet had issues with sticking and needing to take the lid off to wiggle to get it to fill back up.Closet door in the hall there fell apart.Couldn't figure out the fan in the living room to get it to work.Sleep areas all worked out great!

Big Enough for a family of six but needs updating

My husband and I had to take the lower floor bedroom which was not the master so that the kids could all stay upstairs together and there was a bed in the master bedroom so that was kind of weird The property was very clean and well appointed but needs updating and new carpet. Unfortunately the fireplace didn’t work and worse than that the washing machine broke with my clothes in it. The maintenance guy said the owners were getting a new washer and dryer. Biggest complaint that I have is the people below us were smoking up a storm (we could not even crack our windows) And Talking loudly until late in the night every night that we were there. I read that you couldn’t bring dogs and everyone there seem to have a dog. We would’ve liked to of brought a dog. The little kids enjoyed the pool and fish ponds. Older kids enjoyed the weight room.

Lovely condo! Great location!

We really liked this condo. It was very clean and comfortable with a nicely equipped kitchen. It is very convenient to Harbor Springs and Petoskey. The Trout Creek staff that we dealt with were very nice and helpful. We've stayed at VRBO condos before, and this is easily one of the nicest. We highly recommend this condo and would happily stay here again! Two small issues: we never did figure out how to make the TV work. This may have been the fault of my husband, who tried to turn on the TV without realizing that there were instructions in the coffee-table book...or the owners may need to make the instructions clearer. Also, the dryer only seemed to work with the setting of Permanent Press-Regular. Again, this is no big deal, and it may have been the result of user error!

Very clean, kitchen and bath were well stocked. Excellent facility with pools tennis courts etc. TV's were difficult to use that was the only negative We would definitely stay here again
