4 bedrooms. Quiet, coastal neighborhood. 5 minutes to Ocean Beach (parking pass included). 15 minute bike ride to ocean beach through scenic short cut (bikes included). A/C. Four decks. Cable TV Wireless Internet (2 TVs). Gas grill. Fire pit. Hot outdoor shower. 4 car driveway. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE PROVIDE PAPER TOWELS BUT NO CLOTH TOWELS, BEACH TOWELS, KITCHEN TOWELS, SHEETS, OR PILLOW CASES. Charlestown has that laid back Cape Cod feel. Pass to Charlestown Beach and Blue Shutters Beach worth $425. The neighborhood is extremely quiet even though it's a short bike ride to the ocean and Ninigret Pond. Why? Because there is only one entrance to Tockwotten Cove (the name of the neighborhood) and no possible destination within except private residences. So, nobody but your neighbors enter the neighborhood. The house is only 3/10 of a mile from Ninigret Pond and Tockwotten Club (but club use isn't allowed). Through a scenic shortcut, it's a quick 15 minute bike ride or 30 minute walk to Charlestown Beach (the beautiful ocean)! Short drive to Block Island Ferry, Narragansett or Watch Hill (Taylor Swift's beach house). Eat at the famous Matunuck Oyster House or the nearby Breachway Restaurant. If you're a karaoke fan, try the Cove Restaurant in Charlestown.

A perfect family vacation house

My wife, my three boys, and I spent a very nice week here. We made it to the Charlestown Beach town beach twice and it was just the right speed for us. Only a short drive to get there, and the parking pass worked as intended. We visited Ninigret pond, drove up to Providence, and did a short fishing trip out of Narragansett -- all hits! The house itself was very comfortable and has a great yard. The neighborhood is quiet. We had a fire in the fire ring out back. We didn't get a chance to use the kayaks, maybe next time. The kitchen was perfect for a vacation house -- it was very well stocked with pots, pans, and all that jazz. We didn't run into anything we needed that wasn't provided. Overall a great experience, we loved our stay, and we would absolutely return again in the future.

Fun Time in Charlestown!

The cottage was very clean and comfortable. It suited our family very well. There was ample space for my 3 and 5 yr old granddaughters to play. We spent most of our at-home time out on the covered deck. The owner was very personable and he responded quickly to our questions. We had an excellent experience!

Lovely stay for our family

The house was very clean and the owner clearly took care in making it a nice stay for us. The check-in process was easy and they even put sparkling water and wine in the fridge for us. We had a minor problem with the hot water knob on the shower and a plumber fixed it within a couple of hours, which was impressive. Nice yard, decks, and outdoor shower. The house could use some updates as the bathroom downstairs and kitchen aren’t very modern (I think the fridge has seen better days). The twin mattresses, particularly in the yellow room, could use a replacement. But overall the house was lovely and we got compliments on it when family visited. Owner was very responsive and courteous. Neighborhood is great for kids!
