Fully equipped with all you’ll need for your family's summer vacation or a spring/fall peaceful weekend getaway. Visiting URI? You'll be just 7 miles away! Sip cocktails on the front porch or enjoy roasting marshmallows by campfire in the private rear yard. All 7 Rhode Island beaches await you, where admission is free but if you plan to park, you will need to purchase a parking pass (2 FREE passes for South Kingstown beach are provided for your use). 4 Bikes are available and you can easily ride to Charlestown Town Beach or Breachway! Such an easy and accessible home centrally located and close to Charlestown, Wakefield, Newport, Mystic, Westerly, Watch Hill, and Foxwoods Resort. Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Strip sheets off beds that were used and put them on top of the washer/dryer. Please leave the comforter and matress pad on the beds.
Please return Beach Parking Passed back in the white binder in the living room.
Collect all trash and put in bin outside house. Set air conditioner to 72 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
