Beachside Condominiums is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. This 3-story complex features a community pool and private beach access. Spend your day relaxing by the pool or enjoy a stroll along the sandy white beach. You'll be in the perfect location - right off scenic Highway 30A in the heart of Seagrove Beach, between famous Seaside and Rosemary Beach. The 19-mile paved bike/walk path that parallels the entire length of 30A is conveniently located in front of the complex.

Needs an Update

The location is perfect and being on the first floor is a plus, but the condo is in desperate need of an update. The walls and baseboards look terrible and the place smelled of mold. It is a good size for a family of 4, but terribly out dated. It did not feel entirely clean and the tiles are chipped throughout. The couches need to be cleaned at the very least.

Beautiful oceanfront condo, great for a small family

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was wonderful. We could easily bike into Seaside but were away from the crowds. Publix was nearby, with a gas station and an amazing seafood store across the street. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen could use some updated pans/utensils but otherwise was great. My only complaint was that the outside of the condo was very drab and rundown- it needs updating. The rickety sliding screen door broke and was unable to be fixed during our stay, which left us unable to keep the door open to listen to the ocean without bugs coming in. The pool was basic and the shared grill was merely an old charcoal grill you'd find at a public park, so grilling good seafood wasn't really an option. Go for the beautiful family friendly, private beach- our kids played endlessly with other kids from the complex while we relaxed.We did not appreciate the $65 charge to enter the condo when we arrived 30 minutes early for check-in even though the condo was cleaned and empty. This policy needs to be looked at by Benchmark.

Not up to par!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo had a beautiful view of the ocean from both the sliding glass door and the bedroom. The condo is very convenient to the beach access shower and stairs. Unfortunately, the praise ends there. The kitchen was poorly stocked. Basic items like a large skillet and scissors were missing. A Keurig coffee maker would have been nice. The utensils were dirty when we arrived. One bowl had mold in it! This is unacceptable- especially for the amount of $ this unit cost us! The washer was horrible! Could not get it to ever fill but just a small amount of water in it. That meant, we could only wash a very small load (like 1 towel). Very inconvenient. The master bath shower is in poor condition . The grout is in very bad condition. Needs to be renovated badly!

Second Stay -Just as amazing!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time I have stayed in Beachside Condos- unit 1. My family of 5 had an amazing week! The proximity to the beach can’t be beat! I brought walkie talkies incase the kids wanted to take a break from the sand. (Definitely recommend!) Even with a few days of not so great weather- we enjoyed every minute! Condo is well stocked- just lacking a few things- measuring spoons & maybe some plastic/non breakable drink ware. Be sure to bring a throw blanket to snuggle up on the couches as none are provided. The sliding glass door is SOOO hard to open/close but there is a door in the master- we had to use this as the kids just COULD NOT open the sliding door. If the ice maker isn’t working- press & hold the freezer button for 3 seconds until it displays temp settings. You may need to do this 2-3 times to get it set correctly. (I figured it out finally on our last day!) & PLEASE upgrade the mattresses!! They could be worse- but I feel like this is a quick fix that would really elevate this unit! Thank you for another AMAZING stay & we can’t wait to come back!! Hopefully sooner than later!!

Great beach trip...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the condo is perfect. This unit is the closest to the steps that go to the beach. It's very easy to run up to the condo for snacks! The unit was clean, plenty of towels and bath cloths. There is a pack-n-play and a booster seat for a baby located in the front bedroom closet. The washing machine worked well. The kitchen had all the appliances and utensils we needed. It looks like this unit is in the process of being painted or remodeled, but not finished. The beds and pillows are BAD! Bring your own pillow and possibly a blanket. This is our 3rd time staying at Beachside Condos, but our first time in Unit 1.

Mother/ Daughter Trip May 2022

The proximity to the beach was AMAZING even though the 3 fights of stairs were a little difficult for my mother. Waking up to a perfect view every morning can’t be beat! Tom Thumb & a souvenir shop are right across the street which is super convenient!Beds were slightly uncomfortable & we did see a few bugs (which is expected when directly on the beach) but every other amenity was perfect! Hope to make this an annual trip!

Great location, sufficient condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this fantastic location and the ease of check in, checkout, and having the beach right outside the door. There is a basement-y smell in the unit we rented. I had to call 3 times about the broken washer, and only on the third call did they say they had texted to tell me it was broken (they had not texted) and that it would be replaced (but not during my stay). I will come back to Beachside for sure, but probably won’t stay in that unit again.

Family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location of this condo is key! Great setting, close to beach access, and easy access from the road. Code we were supplied didn't work to get in the door. Furnishing was good, but kitchen has little to no supplies. A few pot and pans, but not even measuring cups. No salt, pepper, or any cooking supply. Floor has white paint spill spots all over it. 67 degrees outside and the AC struggled to keep Condo temp below 75. Pool was cold and nothing posted as to pool hours, or access. Location is what makes this place worth looking at again, all other factors do not go above and beyond.

We love Beachside condos

Filthy upon arrival and uncooperative Benchmark Management

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After a 10+ hour drive, we walked into a filthy Beachside Condo 1. Caked dust and grime on the walls, floorboards, and vents. Crumbs on tables. Hair in drawers. Stains on furnitures and floors. The place smelled musty. Visible mold/mildew on the ceiling. My wife, who’s allergic to high counts of dust and mold had an allergic reaction within 10 minutes of being in the unit. We vacated given the health concern tied to allergies and assumed Benchmark Management would offer some level of service by acting in good faith and refundIng the rental. We were wrong. They have refused to refund stating we should have let them come back in and clean the next day. I explained we felt unsafe and uncomfortable given the presence of mold and that remediation of such would take days. Despite showing them photographic evidence of the filth/mold/mildew, they’ve refused to make us whole. Shocking and disappointing experience all the way around. Especially at a time when cleanliness is of heightened importance (COVID), it’s amazing how unsanitary the unit was.

We are sorry that your wife has a medical condition which caused you to make the decision you had to leave. In these situations we will always try to offer to come back and clean when we are alerted right away. We did offer to do just that but when that offer is declined it makes it becomes a difficult situation. We do know that there are times when we fall short - after all - Covid or no Covid we are all still human. But we do want every guest to have an amazing experience while visiting our gorgeous beaches! If the clean is not quite perfect then let us know right away and we will do what we can to make it better. If something is broken or not working correctly please let us know right away and we will do everything in our power to fix it! We will continue to strive for perfection each and every day! Disapointed in Managment Company

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon our arrival we learned that the week before the beach was washed away from the tropical storm but only in front of our complex and neighboring buildings. It was so bad the stair were washed out. The realty company knew about this as they are located across the street and when I called they acknowledged knowing. I asked why we were not notified in talking ot other people inthe parking lot they were contacted by their rental companies and offered to get a refund or still come. Their rental companies gave them the information to make a decision on their own based on knowing what they were getting into. We were not afforded this common basic courtesy. The beaches next to this which had sand were private and inaccessible to us. Our goal of being on the beach for ease of access for our children was not realized since we did not have access during most of our stay. The pictures of the beach must have been taken years ago similar to the picture of the building whcih shows early 2000's cars. Then we walke din to the unit and found the porch furinture was brken and there were beer cans, white claw cans and trash on the back area. The inside was not much better. It was filthy. Upon waiting two hours in the parking lot for the cleaning crew they perfomed a cleaining which was better than our arival but we found rice krispees in the drwaers and overall the place needs a deep cleaning. It was not a shock when I saw roaches based on how clean the unit is maintained. The dryer has reivews of not working and I called on it. They sent a vendor out to fix and they told me the did their best but the vent was just put to ceiling and was not done right and will cintue to perform poorly. On top of that the owners cancelled the cable and you could only see shopping channels and the local channels. I spent more time calling the management company and waiting around and they did send people out each time but that is not why I went to Florida.
