This apartment offers two separate sleeping areas to accommodate 4 people, with a bedroom on the upper floor (1 section h< 1.80m) with a 140 bed and 2 beds of 90 on the mezzanine, a lounge/sitting room/kitchenette, bathroom and separate WC. Its west-facing balcony offers you a magnificent view of the Aravis chain, village and valley.

The Timalets slope equipped with snow cannons allows you to access directly to the Carroz cable car and guarantees your return, skis on your feet.



Near the residence, you will find two restaurant bars to ensure a pleasant après-ski.
