BEAUTIFUL VILLA - LARGE GARDEN-POOL-100m FROM THE SEA-VICINITY TO ALL BEACHES

The villa has large indoor and outdoor spaces that make it very comfortable. 70 square meters of living area and large rooms to relax in peace. Located on the panoramic road that reaches all the most beautiful beaches of the south-east coast, it is surrounded by a 600 m2 private fenced garden where you will find more points equipped for outdoor moments.
Surrounded by greenery, it is ideal for those who want privacy in large spaces and for those with children who can play safely freely.
In the large garden you will find two large hammocks and various deck chairs where you can relax in the sun. Equipped with a large veranda with outdoor tables and chairs, and equipped with a nice barbecue, it is ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners, but also a relaxation area with its rocking chair and a small temple of relaxation (recommended sofa with special shapes ) surrounded by a comfortable lounge.
All the rooms have air conditioning except the bathrooms where there are heaters.
Equipped with 4 large bedrooms, it accommodates 8 people.
On the first floor you will find a bedroom (choice of double or 2 single beds) with a large panoramic terrace equipped with table, chairs and deckchairs where you can admire the night sky with tranquility and be able to relax during the day.
On the ground floor there are three comfortable bedrooms, one double one with two beds and one on your celta can be double or with 2 beds with private bathroom with shower.
There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub and shower.
But the most characteristic part is the large hall with particular lines that combines three rooms in a single living area. The exposed wooden beams of the immense roof and the particular forms of architecture give the villa a characteristic appearance. The Stella di Mare 1 village, in fact, has a typical Mediterranean architecture, also used in the villas of the Costa Smeralda.
The villa offers the following accessories:
- Equipped kitchen (kitchen-dishwasher-oven-fridge-freezer- dishes- cutlery- pots- tea towels- American coffee maker- toaster- Italian coffee maker- kettle- juicer- blender).
- Garden / barbecue furniture
- Beach accessories: Beach towel - Chairs - umbrellas- games for children (ball- tennis rackets- toys for the sea- house games)
- washing machine - ironing board - iron - hairdryer - satellite TV
- Air conditioners are present in the bedrooms and in the large lounge and dining table area. In the bathrooms there are stoves.
- Free wi-fi internet
- Cot and high chair for children
Near the sea (10 minutes on foot) on the left it has a part of rocks ideal for underwater fishing while on the right it has a beach with sand and shallow sea, also ideal for those with children.
At 5 minutes walk you will find the market, the tobacconist's bar, the restaurant - pizzeria.
At 15 minutes walk you will find the marina where you can rent a boat to see the coast from the sea and go diving and fishing. Next to the marina you will find an ideal wellness center for relaxation.

The villa sleeps a maximum of 8 people + infant in a cot included in the price, but if you need you can add 3 beds and a sofa bed paying a difference according to the season. The villa can be rented for a minimum period of 1 week.
Holidays are not allowed.

Check-in and check-out times are to be agreed together.
You have my full availability based on your arrival and departure times. Only in case of check-out and check-in of different guests on the same date, please keep to the following times due to long times for the final cleaning as the villa is very large: check-out 10 in the morning and check-in at 18:00 on afternoon.

All the rooms have air condition except the bathroom where there are heaters.
There are 4 bedrooms for 8 people.
On the first floor you will find an bedroom with 2 single beds or double beds, have a panoramic terrace included chairs, table and deckchairs where you'll be able to admire the night sky and have a private area to relax in the day.
At the ground floor you'll find 3 big, one with double bed, one with 2 single beds and one with double bed or 2 single beds with private bathroom.
There are two new bathrooms. (One with shower in one bedroom and the other with bath and shower).
But the most characteristic is the large living room on the particular lines that combines three environments in a single living area. The wooden beams on sight of the immense roof and the special architectural forms give the villa a distinctive appearance. The village of Stella Mare 1, has typical Mediterranean architecture, also used in the villas on the Emerald Coast.
The villa offers the following accessories:
- Equipped kitchen (kitchen-refrigerator-freezer-oven-Dishwasher- dishes- Cutlery- pots- dishclothes- American Coffeepot- Toaster-Italian Coffeepot - kettle- squeezer - mixer.
- Garden furniture / barbecue
- Sea Accessories: Beach towels - chairs - umbrellas- games for children (balls- tennis rackets -games for sea- games for the home)
- Washing Machine - stretch-iron - ironing board - Satellite TV -hairdryer
- Air conditioners in the bedrooms and living room (with a big table for breakfast lunch dinner). In the bathrooms there are fans.

Near the sea (10 min walk) to the left the beach have the rocks, ideal for diving snorkeling while on the right there is the beach with sand and shallow waters, ideal for play and swim with a children.
The airport is faraway 30 minutes by car (26 km).
At 5 minute walking, you will find the market, the tobacco bar, restaurant - pizzeria.
At 15-minute walking, you will find the turistic port where you can rent a boat to see the coast from the sea, make diving and go to fishing. Next to the tourist port there is a wellness center to relax.
The villa accommodates until 8 people and one baby included in the price (with baby bed) but if you have necessity more beds we can added until 4 beds and you'll pay the difference based on seasonal price.
The villa can be rented for a minimum of 1 week.
Parties are not allowed.
Check-in and check-out times are to be arranged together.
You have my full availability based on your arrival and departure times. Only in case of check-out and check-in of different guests on the same date, please keep to the following times because of the time for the final cleaning because the villa is very large: check out 10 in the morning check in 18: 00 in the afternoon.

Excellent host

We stayed here with our teen kids & parents in their mid seventies. The villa was spacious & clean & had everything you could possibly need & more from beach towels to board games. Elvira is the perfect host & went out of her way to send additional information about nearby shops, activities etc, helped with taxi booking & also greeted us with a lovely welcome hamper. Would recommend having a car for this property. Overall a great stay.

Spacious. Great for families

Lovely villa with large well kept gardens and every appliance and facility you would wish for. Games, toys, cooking appliances, beach towels, everything. Restaurants and a good supermarket in easy walking distance. Five adults and two infants able to spread out and not get under each other's feet. Only 30 minute transfer from Cagliari airport. Elvira is a delightful host and amazingly friendly and helpful.

Wonderful villa in southern Sardinia

We stayed the second time in this villa and still like it very much. It's spacious, well maintained, totally calm, near a supermarket, has some space around the house and the local beach in 5 mins walk is not very big but still sufficient. Water is clean in the ocean. The caretaker of the hourse, Mrs Elvira, is easy to work with and generous once you have minor damages.

Hospitality is sacred but with you it is a joy! I'm glad you've been good again. It is always a pleasure to host your family and friends. Yes you are right market bar restaurant pizzeria are nearest! And this year the tides have made the water of the sea particularly crystalline. An bread board broken , it can happen! Don't worry! Excellent place for vacation

This was one of the best house we ever rented! There are many rooms in the large house. Also the garden is spacious. The location is calm and still very near to the beach. Also a supermarket and a restaurant is close by. Elvira the host is a very nice and easy going personality. She usually answers emails within 24 hours in English which makes it easy to communicate. The beach nearby (200 Meters) is a bit stony, but OK. If you have a car available you drive 15 to 25 minutes to several very nice beaches in and around Villasiminus.

Sardinia Family Beach Holiday without Car Rental

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Elvira was a great host and her desire for us to have a good holiday and enjoy the villa was evident from when we checked in and checked out. The villa had everything as described and was very well presented and equipped. Outside showers, great games for the kids and outside dining. The pool was a great hit with the kids, the beach was fantastic, much better than the pictures online and there was no need to travel to Poetto or another beach unless you are craving water sports hire etc. Beach is shallow and not overly busy which makes it busy if you are interested in a simple no fuss beach for snorkelling, a beach bar for refreshments. The surrounding area is a little run down, but the local COOP supermarket is great and there a few restaurants near by. The Pizzeria Green House was great about 5 minutes walk on the main road. The closure of the local gelateria was the only downer as this would have been great at a walking distance. Thanks to Elvira for a great stay and I would highly recommend.

Beautiful villa with a wonderful host

We (4 Adults) enjoyed our one-week-stay at the villa very much! It is absolutely beautiful. The garden is huge and has many opportunities to relax. Elvira designed it with much love for details. For example, there is a little fountain next to the terrace that creates a very nice ambience. The villa itself has everything you need and more. We used two of the four bedrooms that all had air conditioning and we slept very well. The matresses were very good. In the living room you can play billard and ping pong and if you have a day with bad weather, Elvira provided more games than anyone could ever play. There also is much eqipment to go to the beach, such as beach towels, parasols and beach loungers. The kitchen also is very well equipped. I loved to make the morning coffee with the two bialettis! In spite of all the great restaurants next to the villa we cooked dinner twice. We found everything we needed for cooking. Elvira is the greatest host! We had to delay our stay twice because of covid travel restrictions and she was very understanding and flexible. She greeted us warmly at the check-in. We felt welcome and at home immediately! She showed and explained everything to us. The villa was spotless clean. During our stay she was a great help to us, too. We had problems with our rental car and had to get to the airport via taxi, but could not find one. We called Elvira and she solved the problem for us instantly. One of us had a little trouble with their health and wished to use a third bedroom. Even though it was not urgent, Elvira offered to arrange additional linen on the spot on a sunday! You can be sure, that if you will have any problem during your stay, Elvira will be there to help. We felt very very safe and comfortable with her. Thank you again, Elvira! I absolutely recommend to stay in the villa. The surrounding area is beautiful, the beach is not far away, there is a supermarket and a nice restaurant across the street and you can take the panoramic route to discover the most beautiful places.

Wir waren 7 Personen hatten 1 Woche Ferien und durften einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der tollen Villa erleben. Das Haus und der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Bereits beim Empfang erwartete uns ein schöner Willkommens-Korb der Vermieterin mit regionalen Köstlichkeiten. Das Haus (mit Ping-Pong, Billiard-Tisch und vielen Spielen), die Zimmer, die Küche, Badezimmer (mit Haarföhn/Frottées/Standtücher) sind komplett ausgestattet, uns hat es nichts gefehlt. Wi-Fi/WLAN hat immer störungsfrei funktioniert. Der Garten und die vielen verschiedenen gemütlichen Sitzplätze mit Hollywood-Schaukel etc. sind ebenfalls gut unterhalten und herrlich zum Geniessen. Unweit vom Haus entfernt, (zu Fuss ca. 10 Minuten) ist der Hafen Capitana. Von dort aus haben wir eine tolle Bootstour in die verschiedenen Buchten unternommen und dabei einen traumhaften Tag erlebt. Autoparkplatz direkt vor dem Haus für die Tagesausflüge und am Abend haben wir es zu Hause genossen oder sind zu Fuss ins Restaurant. Unser Favorit: Pizzeria/Bar Green House. Die Vermieterin Elvira ist sehr nett und aufmerksam. Für uns hat alles gestimmt und unsere Erwartungen erfüllt.

Tolle Lage Super Freundlich

3min zum Strand zu fuß feiner abkühl Pool Strandsachen sind mit dabei inkl Schirm und Handtücher gute Restaurants in Fuß nähe. Perfekt. 👌 und drinnen und draußen genug Raum zum chillen und für Kinder jede Menge Spielsachen. Gerne werden wir wieder komme Danke für alles Elvira

Pienamente soddisfatti

Abbiamo soggiornato nella villa di Elvira in questa ultima settimana di luglio. Siamo stati benissimo, abbiamo trovato la casa proprio come viene descritta nell'annuncio. Una casa molto pulita, con lenzuola impeccabili, dove non manca assolutamente niente. Si trova tutto quello che serve. Elvira è stata molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi tipo di richiesta da parte nostra fin da subito appena affittata la villa. A 100 m dalla villa si trova subito il mare, mentre a 5 min di macchina la bellissima spiaggia Capitana. Ovviamente nelle vicinanze (30/40min) ci sono tante altre spiagge bellissime da esplorare.

Sono felicissima che vi siate così entusiasmati nello scoprire ogni giorno una spiaggia differente . 🙂Sono veramente tantissime ! In direzione est a 3 minuti di macchina c’è Baia azzurra e il Nuraghe Diana , a 15 minuti Mari Pintau e Kal’e Moru, a 30 minuti Porto sa Ruxi e poco più in là l’imperdibile Punta Molentis. Ma fra queste ve ne sono tante altre ancora, tutte da scoprire! Anch’io quando vado in vacanza amo scoprire ie visitare i luoghi che mi circondano per poi tornare in una casa confortevole e rilassante in cui sentirmi a mio agio. Sono veramente contenta che vi siate trovati bene in tutto. Quando e se vorrete tornare, sarete sempre i benvenuti. Grazie ancora. Un saluto a tutti voi con affetto! ❤️

Perfektes Haus für einen sorglosen Urlaub

Wir haben 17 wundervolle Tage in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Elvira ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin, sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Sardinien ja, das Haus leider NEIN.

Wir haben insgesamt 11 Tage in dem Haus verbracht. Wir sind insgesamt mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern gereist. Elvira die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und höflich. Mit dem Haus waren wir leider nicht zufrieden. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist wirklich sehr einfach gehalten. In der Küche hat es an vielem gefehlt. Die Matratzen der Betten waren wirklich sehr schlecht (bis auf die der Kinder) und man hat wirklich sehr schlecht darauf geschlafen und ist entsprechend verspannt aufgewacht. Obwohl das Haus sehr groß ist, gibt es keine gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten (außer einer Holzbank). Gerade bei schlechtem Wetter (davon hatten wir 3 Tage) hat dies wirklich sehr gefehlt. Den großen Garten konnten wir aufgrund der Vielen Mücken gar nicht nutzen. Die Hängematten im Garten sind sehr veraltet und wurden von uns auch nicht genutzt. Obwohl im Haus eine Waschmaschine vorhanden ist, sind wir darauf hingewiesen worden die Handtücher nicht zu waschen. Was wirklich blöd gewesen ist, weil wir keine anderen Handtücher mitgebracht haben. Es wurde uns ein Kontingent für Strom und Wasser gegeben, welches nach schon 3 Tagen (Strom) verbraucht wurde, obwohl wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs gewesen sind und lediglich die Klimaanlage genutzt haben und das auch nicht sehr viel. Nach 3 Tagen haben wir um ein Gespräch gebeten. Elvira kam uns mit dem Stromkontingent entgegen und hat versucht die Mücken zu bekämpfen (danach wurde es ein ganz klein wenig besser). Bei allem anderen konnte Sie nichts ändern. Im Inserat wird geschrieben, dass der nächste Strand 200 Meter entfernt wäre, was leider nicht der Wahrheit entspricht. Fakt ist, dass der nächste Strand 10 Minuten Fußweg (wenn man schnell geht) entfernt liegt. Wir haben dem Inserat geglaubt und deswegen auf einen Pool verzichtet. Da die Insel aber vor lauter Schönheit nur so strotzt, haben wir uns den Urlaub nicht verderben lassen. Das Haus würden wir allerdings nicht mehr buchen.

Unfortunately I remember well how at the presentation of the villa you looked for every flaw and your traveling companions denied you with a smile.I am sorry that having been 11 days on holiday in Sardinia did not pass your discontent already manifested upon arrival and I am deeply sorry that you had to let off steam by telling lies.I understand that everyone can have opinions and they are welcome and indeed requested by us owners who put care and heart in our work.If they are constructive they help us to improve and always give our best but when it is clear that you lie, it is a bad figure for yourself. Always remember this is my advice for you and for a good life.In the many years that I have rented the villa, the opinions have been completely different from yours.I recommend you to read them.I would like to emphasize once again even if you did not write it here, that you waited at check in until 6 pm because as written on the site those are the times to be able to clean a well-equipped and large villa when there is a check out on the same day.A cleaning company must clean and sanitize.Before you booked I told you this and I asked you to book for the next day so you could choose the time you like.Now I apologize with everyone in advance if I will have to respond step by step to everything.1)towels and sheets are rented in an industrial laundry that washes and sanitizes with certification. Their rule is that nobody can wash them for hygiene reasons and product protection.I explained this to you in the message that I sent you 20 days before your arrival.2)kitchen,please read the other reviews the villa is very equipped.3)I'm sorry the mattresses don’t like you.Tastes are different for each person but so far no one I know has ever complained.Most are soft.However,I will evaluate whether to make 4 soft and 4 hard available for equal opportunities.Thank you!4)seats:1three-seater sofa -two armchairs -an 8-seater table -a table close to the seat with 3 chairs -A 6 mt wooden seat with pillows -table in the kitchen with 4 chairs.5)there are 2 hammock,1 has few unstitched.we have had many guests that used it.now is fixed.can happen so we didn't charge anything at the guests.(there are also 4 deck chairs in the garden6)rain and heat increase mosquitoes we used spray and now we stay in the villa and I don’t have any sting!7) water nobody go up the thresholds. Is impossible! Light some people use many air conditioning. It can happen but the price is lower and usually they slightly exceed and I don't charge the cost. Heel vriendelijke ontvangst. Mooie grote tuin. Mooie villa, fijne badkamers. Strandje vlakbij. Wel een auto nodig als je meer wil zien. Bus is niet altijd ideaal.

Wonderful villa, perfect for families

We had a wonderful stay at Elvira's villa. There were three generations of us.. 6 adults, one child, one toddler and one newborn and we didn't get under each other's feet at all. The space is well laid out. The location is great, so close to a lovely bay, 2 good restaurants and a good supermarket. Plus we walked to the marina for another restaurant and a look at the boats. The house is one of the best equipped I have ever stayed in. Many toys for children including toy trucks and olly prams and cars and Lego and barbies and buckets and spades and an inflatable ball pool! Overwhelmingly awesome! Plus beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, body board, as well as cards, jigsaw puzzles and board games. Kitchen and bedrooms have everything you need including towels, blankets, a/c, baby cot and toys, highchair, pots, pans - you name it. Easy to find and only 15 minutes to Cagliari by car. Recommend the Miniature Park for a day out (1 hour away) if you have little ones. Thanks again Elvira and see you soon.

The villa is very big and i have thought that is important for all my guests have their space. So i have organized indoor and outdoor in the private garden all around the villa, more and different point for adults and children . Read that everyone are enjoyed and have had a good time is a big pleasure for me . Seeing that the villa has become a nice and happy meeting point for families and friends makes me happy. The new bar and restaurant 5 minutes on foot show promise to open always until low season. Like market and and another bar always open. This is important because in the village there are many tourists also in low season because it have a good location, near Cagliari and different touristic's attractions, on the panoramic road with the most beautiful beaches. Furthermore in the Main Street there are other different services at 5/ 10 minutes by car. When you 'll have a pleasure to return you'll always be welcome! All the best See you soon! Elvira

Ein wunderbares Ferienhaus, mit allem drum und dran. Hier wird einem nicht zu viel versprochen.

Wir waren zum zweiten mal als Familie mit 4 Kindern in diesem tollen Urlaubshaus. Es ist ein Urlaubshaus für die ganze Familie, es fehlt an nichts. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet. Die kinderzimmer sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Garten und die Veranda sind traumhaft hergerichtet. Hier macht Urlaub Spaß. Elvira ist eine klasse Vermieterin. Sie steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wenn sie kann erfüllt sie alle Wünsche. Vielen lieben Dank Elvira. letztes Jahr hat sie sich um unsere Pässe gekümmert,welche wir am Flughafen liegen lassen haben. Sie ist immer da wenn man sie braucht,also ein mega Service. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit gleich um die Ecke ,sowie Kaffee und pizzeria. uns hat es wieder sehr gut gefallen,wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Il nostro soggiorno presso la villa della signora Elvira è stato impeccabile! All'accoglienza Elvira ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni necessarie per farci trascorrere una settimana spensierata e senza problemi di nessun tipo. La casa è provvista di qualsiasi cosa, la posizione è comoda al mare e ai principali servizi, in casa c'è anche tutto l'occorrente per la spiaggia. Durante il nostro soggiorno Elvira si è mostrata una proprietaria discreta ma sempre a disposizione, con un'attenzione che va ben oltre dal ruolo di affittuaria. Eravamo un gruppo di 8 amici e gli ampi spazi della villa e tutti i servizi annessi ci hanno concesso di vivere in un clima di relax esattamente come la vacanza meritava. Perfekter Urlaub in perfekter Villa

Im August dürften wir (4 Erwachsene, 5 Kinder) zwei tolle Wochen in diesem super schönen Ferienhaus verbringen. Es ist sogar noch schöner als in der Beschreibung:). Wir wurden von Elvira super herzlich empfangen und eingewiesen. Auch innerhalb der zwei Wochen gab sie uns Tips und Ratschläge. Elvira hat mit viel Liebe das Haus eingerichtet und an alles gedacht (super Ausstattung der Küche, Spielzeug, Strandutensilien....)Ein Supermarkt und eine Pizzeria sind direkt um die Ecke. Nur der Strand direkt am Haus ist nicht so schön. Er ist sehr felsig. Eher zum schnorcheln als zum Baden. Wir fuhren jeden Tag an Strände in der Umgebung. Traumhaft! Vielen Dank Elvira das du uns mit deinem Haus den Urlaub so angenehm gemacht hast. Wir kommen gerne wieder! LG von allen..... Simone

I'm sorry for the beach nearest but this winter there were been strong storms that have moved the stones into the sand beach. Every year it changes. I hope that when you come back you will have the possibility to see it totally with the sand on the right side. Now the beach with sand is reduced but always if you will walk on the right 10 minutes you'll find the beach with sand and crystal clear water. Super accueil, maison agréable et parfaite avec enfants. Elvira est aux petits soins. Supermarché a 2 pas mais il faut s’éloigner pour trouver de belles plages.

Tout beau!La notre plage, être un point de jonction entre deux types de plages, l’une avec des pierre et l’autre avec du sable, pour cette raison avec le tempêtes d’hiver il est possible que cela change. Malheureusement, cette année, il y a un peu plus de pierre , mais si vous marchez quelques minutes de plus, vous pouvez atteindre la plage de sable. Je suis content de avoir vous connu ! Wonderful Visit

The property is beautiful and exactly as it's described, and pictured in the listing. Elvira is an excellent host!. My only hang up was the extra charges for the utilities. I did not feel that they were fairly charged. Just something to keep in mind when you stay.

Thanks Jennifer for your review! In high season most of the most popular beaches in Sardinia require paying car park . But the beach's village where the villa is located is free and with a little patience you'll be able to find the places where you can park free for some beaches. For example Cala Sizias, not too far to the beach, there are some free parking. The secret is go to the location early in the morning. It need for a walk on foot, but it is possible. Regarding the security deposit that your sardinien relative had paied for you at check in and that i have returned them at the check out, it was wrote in the contract. In the web page i have wrote please read the contract before your payment. I'm sorry that you hadn't read it . At the payment process there is an page with villa's rule and the owner's contract in pdf that you have to download before to continue the payment. In it there are specified everything . You have in free use bath towels and bed linen and that you must pay the final cleaning at the check out . Until today no one as ever disputed the contract because in the villa always they found more than they expect. I think because the villa's value and the accessories ' value in it is highter, and all they said me it. I think is the reason because nobody contest it. I'm sorry that some days before you have suffered the hot weather in Rome. But i'm glad that you have found helpful and have been happy to use the air conditional in the villa. But the next time i'll happy if you'll be phisically better and you'll be able to visit the wonderful and all different beach that your relatives wanted to show you. We await your return . Super Villa und perfekte Gastgeberin

Wir waren vom 12.6. bis 19.6.2019 zu Gast in der Villa von Elvira. Die Villa liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnanlage nahe Flumini an der SP 17 und in der Nähe eines Supermarkts und Pizzeria (ca. 3min). Elvira ist eine liebevolle und perfekte Gastgeberin die es versteht die Villa so zu arrangieren das man sich gleich wohlfühlt. Abkühlung findet man am kleinen Strand der in 5 min erreichbar ist. Die Villa ist mit 4 Doppelzimmer, 2 Bädern sehr geräumig aufgeteilt und die Innen-Ausstattung lässt es an nichts fehlen. Selbst der Außenbereich mit Terrasse und Liegewiesen inkl. Liegen lädt zum Entspannen ein. Parkmöglichkeiten auf dem Grundstück für max. 6 Motorräder möglich. Die Villa ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um den Süden Sardiniens, wie Cagliari und die Costa del Sud zu erkunden. Legendär ist hier auch der Südosten auf der Küstenstraße Richtung Costa Rei über Villasimius. Ein muss ist hier auch die alte SS125 Orientale Sarda durch die Schlucht. Kurvenzauber pur. Fantastic Stay

Fantastic villa and a wonderful host. We holidayed for the second time to Sardinia and we will definitely be back for a third vist specifically to this Villa. Communication with Elvira was really easy and she was always prompt with her replies. As we were travelling with children Elvira went out of her way to set the villa up as we needed it and the garden was packed with fun toys and inflatables for the kids. The garden was completely enclosed giving us as parents the knowledge that our children were safe outside. Air conditioning throughout the house was great and the quality of the bathrooms inc showers in each was a welcome surprise. I couldn't express more how wonderful a rare gem this villa is. We will be back

Spacious and well-equipped

We liked just about everything to do with the property itself. We were slightly disappointed that there was not more going on in the area - restaurants, etc. - but that was our problem; we should have prioritised that when searching for a property. Elvira was very friendly and helpful.

Thank you very much I am glad that you enjoyed the villa. In low season the restaurant 5 minutes on foot opens on Friday night on Saturday night and Sunday at lunch time. In middle and hight season it is open every day. All the addresses were in the information container above the table. On the main street of via Leonardo da Vinci in 5 minutes by car you could find several restaurants. I'm sorry you didn't tell me anything during your stay when I asked you if it was all right. I would have shown them to you easily. Moreover Cagliari is 20 minutes away by car and is full of all kinds of restaurants , pizzeria and pub. I wish you a good day! See you all soon! Elvira

Super Ferienhaus

Wir waren zwei Wochen mit 4Kindern in dem tollen Ferienhaus. Was soll ich sagen,es hat an nichts gefehlt, alles was man braucht war da, egal ob Sandspielzeug,Strandlacken oder ähnliches. Das Haus ist sehr groß und geräumig. Es entspricht genau den Bildern. Es ist alles sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin ist absolut bemüht alles für ihre Gäste zu tun. Wir werden dieses Objekt nicht nur weiterempfehlen, wir haben es bereits weiterempfohlen. Die Gegend lädt zum Entspannen,baden und wandern ein. Das war bis jetzt unser schönster Urlaub. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Danke Elvira für die schöne Unterkunft und deine Hilfe.
