About this property

Villa / Chalet with charm in Roche. VFT / CA / 00636

Very comfortable and cozy house, with a very bright living room and spacious rooms. Very cool in summer and warm in winter with its fireplace. It also has air conditioning and heating in every room of the house. Its garden has plenty of shade and barbecue area. It has a swimming pool (open in months from June 15 to September 15, communal for 22 houses) tennis court and common gardens of 4000 m. all with private access from the house.

House with a lot of charm. Ideal to rest and enjoy the beach, towns with charm and good cuisine.

The house has 2 large bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a very bright living room with fireplace. Outside it has two covered porches, one front and one back, a covered garage, a laundry patio with hot water shower, a barbecue area and a landscaped plot of about 600 m2.

The house is located 10 minutes walk from the beach and the main services of the urbanization (supermarkets, restaurants, children's areas, ...). The ideal capacity of the house is 4-5 people since it has a double room and another with a bunk bed and a trundle bed.

Lovely place for a family holiday

We enjoyed a relaxing stay at this lovely, quiet property, just 10 mins walk from a beautiful and quiet sandy beach. Our two year old enjoyed the little house and swing in the garden. Thank you Blas!

We had a fantastic stay in Roche and felt at home from the moment we arrived. The house is beautifully decorated in a relaxed Scandi-beach style, which really fit the house and its surroundings.The garden was a favourite spot for relaxing, and we used the outdoor shower every day coming back from the beach. Showering outside at sunset became part of our routine so we never even used the indoor shower.The house is very well equipped, including an excellent washing machine, and the swing and playhouse in the garden were a hit with our child.The location is hard to beat. The urbanización is peaceful and quiet, and just a two-minute walk from the house there’s a fully stocked supermarket, a good pizzeria and an asador. One of the most beautiful and calm beaches in Spain is only a five-minute walk away. The beach has a great chiringuito (worth booking ahead, or arriving early or late unless you don’t mind waiting) and several surf schools.The only negative thing we can say is that we liked the whole place a little too much. We started looking at houses in Roche while we were there, but the estate agent had very limited options - and Blas and Araceli quite understandably, aren’t interested in selling us their house. Thanks for letting us enjoy your lovely home. We’d be very happy to come back.

Lovely property for a family holiday

Our family of four had a great holiday in this lovely house on a quiet street in Roche very close to an amazing sandy beach. We visited in April and had the entire beach for ourselves - fantastic way to destress from busy London life. The house was very well equipped, comfortable and our host was extremely helpful. He even met us in person when we arrived late in the evening and provided us with breakfast provisions for the following morning which was a really nice touch. The garden is great for kids with lovely shady pine trees, a swing and a wooden playhouse. All communication was very easy, swift and professional. We will definitely be back. Paul, London

Paul and his family were a fantastic guest. They were very clean and organized. The communication with Paul was very easy and fluid. They are a very nice family and we hope that we could see them another time in the future in our house.
