We were in town for my son‘s wedding at a local vineyard. This home was perfect for our family of seven and that was plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable. The home is very accommodating as it provides bedrooms on both sides of the home. The grounds were beautiful for photographs and comfortable for outdoor relaxation. David provided fast, helpful and easy communication before and throughout our visit. Would definitely return in the future if we visit the East End.

Thank you Linda for staying in my home. I am so happy to hear that you enjoyed all the amenities and all the different sitting outdoor spaces in the property, some of my favorite ones are the rocking chairs on the front porch overlooking the vineyard and the Adirondack chairs under the trees out back. I hope you got to use the outdoor grill and the outdoor dining area. Please visit again soon. David

Fantastic home to stay at. 5 Bedrooms that created a comfortable stay for 10 people. Kitchen was large enough to cook for all with nicely updated appliances, plenty of flatware and place settings. Has a nice large grill outside and plenty of outdoor hangout areas. The family especially enjoyed watching our ad-hoc mini cornhole tournament from the patio. Great location close to Love Lane and numerous restaurants. About equidistant to either LI Sound (Breakwater) or Peconic Bay (Veteran's Beach). The host was very responsive and checkin was easy. We felt very lucky to find such a wonderful place to stay!

This home perfectly satisfied our vacation needs. Going to Mattituck was a roots tour for me since I was born and raised in Mattituck and it was great returning after decades. The space was wonderful for us with grandparents, niece and her husband at one end of the house and daughter and her family w/ 3 and 5 year old at the other end that could easily be separated with an inside door. The house was well equipped for eating in most meals. A very quiet street and many deer in the back yard made for a very peaceful holiday. The owners were quick to respond to questions and were very understanding. They had a local red and white bottles of wine as a welcome gift. Will definitely return if we go back to Mattituck.

We have stayed in several rental properties and motels on North Fork. Vineyard View easily became our favorite of all. The property is in a perfect location for visiting the wineries, farm stands and restaurants. The house is beyond clean and modern and all appliances are new. Here is what put this house at top of our favorites list. Many homes have 4 or 5 bedrooms. However, it is very difficult to find a house that has 3 or more bedrooms, all with large beds. It can be difficult when traveling with 3 or more couples to find a home where one couple doesn’t end up in twin beds or some type of bunk arrangement. Vineyard View has 4 bedrooms that all have queen or larger beds. There is also a 5th bedroom that has the twin trundle set up. This house is also OVER equipped. Every pot, pan and kitchen gadget is new and pro quality. Trust me, if it isn’t already in this house, you won’t need it! I can easily recommend Vineyard View. The home and host are fantastic!!

I am with you with regard to how close the house is to many great restaurants, farm stands and vineyards, all within a few minutes driving. Please visit again soon.

Staff Retreat

We had a great stay! The house was super comfortable, and the hosts were so welcoming and accommodating, both leading up to, during, and after our stay. We were in town for a work retreat so we didn't get to spend as much time enjoying the house as we would have liked, but we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property in a lovely & convenient location

The property is very well maintained and in great condition. The view and surrounding is beautiful with vineyard view. The host David is lovely and very proactive in making sure that we are well taken care of before and even after the trip. He even offer possible earlier check-in and later check-out if we need. Wonderful stay with family!

David's property is so beautiful and perfect for a larger family to all stay together. There are three bedrooms on one end of the house, and then two bedrooms at the other end for some separation and privacy. Our dog loved the backyard, and the vineyard view was beautiful. Very close to town and all of the top North Fork spots! Would highly recommend.

Jenna, thank you so much for being such a great guest. Even more, it makes me so happy that you appreciated the layout of the house and the two separate wings which come together in the dining and kitchen areas, both from different ends of the house for privacy as in your case, for a larger family stay in the same property. I am also a big fan of the vineyard view from the porch, I love sitting there and enjoy watching the sunset light hit the vines across the way. It is great to hear that your dog loved the large backyard. As for the vineyards, that is one of the reasons I got this house, there are at least 15 vineyards within a 3 to 10 to 10 minutes drive. Please come stay again soon. David C

Relaxing stay on the North Fork

Beautiful well appointed and spacious home near everything in Mattituck. We were there for a friends anniversary party but worked in two trips to nearby vineyards, went to a beautiful walking garden, and went to Greenpoint Brewery during our stay. Great touches throughout the home from the linens to the outdoor furniture. David was a wonderful and attentive host. Checked in to make sure we found and had anything we needed. We were pleased with everything during our three day stay. Would happily stay here again.

The house was magnificent. Completely as described and then some. Equipped with everything you could possibly need. The host is top notch. He made the experience from booking through check out easy and seamless. Responsive within minutes. Could not have asked for more. We rented ffor my Sons wedding and between the host and the house itself, took any possible anxiety on the accommodation aspect of the weekend out of play. Bravo. Would definitely book again and couldnt possibly recommend it any higher.

Most Fantastic Spot

This is clearly a spot that is 'home' to the owner..It is not a rental with leftover furniture from everywhere and basic supplies. You truly feel welcomed into a friend's home. The beds were sumptuous, the towels full and plentiful and the home beautiful. Amazing patio and porch spots for hanging out or sitting quietly with your book and wine. Host was wonderfully accommodating and easy to reach. My family stayed here for my son's wedding and it was the perfect spot. Already trying to line up a girls trip date for 2022 to book here.

Clean, neat, spacious property with great backyard and terrific views

Simply Outstanding. The property is meticulously clean and decorated with quality furniture. The beds are luxurious in every room. The kitchen is big, living room has comfortable couches and a separate seating area for conversations. It has a big screen TV for football games. The property feels like you are secluded in the country yet you aren’t far from restaurants, vineyards, orchards, produce stands, beaches or anything else’s you want to do. It is a high quality property worth staying at. I am from Michigan but if I am ever in the area again I would rent this place again without thinking twice about it. You won’t regret staying here.

Marvelous stay in Mattituck

Our group of 6 adults enjoyed our first trip to the North Fork of Long Island and our stay in Mattituck. The house was perfectly located to areas we visited. Nearby Love Lane offered several delicious options for us to grab breakfast each day. While the damp weather kept us from using the great outdoor spaces, the home was filled with windows making us feel like we were a part of it. The gas fireplace was a nice feature used at the end of each evening, while we listened to 'The Big Chill' LP on the record player. There was plenty of space for all of us. Host David C was easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. We hope to get back to the area again and will definitely stay here.

The Perfect Getaway

My husband and I stayed at Vineyard View and had the MOST wonderful time. The house is beautiful, spotless, and has all updated/modern appliances, fixtures, etc. The yard is beautiful (there's a grill, fire pit, and everything you need to use them) and you have plenty of privacy. The house isn't SO big that it felt overwhelming for just my husband and I - it's extremely cozy, complete with a gas fireplace (which was SO lovely on the chillier nights). It could easily accommodate a large group too, though, since there are 5 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms - it'd be a perfect place to come back to with a group of friends. The location is ideal. Literally only a couple minute drive to wineries, restaurants, etc. David was wonderful, too - extremely responsive & made sure we had all of the information we needed to make check in, etc. seamless. I would highly recommend Vineyard View & will certainly be back myself.

Kelley is the kind of guest that everyone would love to host. I recommend her to all hosts. Thank you so much on commenting on all the features of the house, I am glad you enjoyed them all, I would be very happy to rent to Kelley and her group of friends, because I know Kelley would make sure to take good care of the house as if it is her own. By the way, there are 3 bathrooms and and outdoor shower for a larger group to enjoy. Thank you Kelley, hope to host you again soon. David

North Fork Comfort and Convenience

Overall, our experience at the VRBO rental house in the North Fork with views of the vineyard was exceptional. The house provided us with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. One of the highlights of the rental was the well-stocked kitchen. It had a great selection of chef's knives, good pots and pans, and utensils, making it a pleasure to cook meals together as a family. The presence of new high-end appliances further enhanced our culinary experience, and we appreciated the convenience and quality they offered. The back yard with its large patio was a favorite spot for our family. It provided ample space for everyone to relax and spend quality time together. Whether it was enjoying meals al fresco or simply lounging and taking in the surrounding views, the well-maintained patio area added to the overall charm of the rental. The location of the rental was another standout feature. Being close to the beaches, town, and farmers markets made it easy for us to explore the area and immerse ourselves in the local fun. We took advantage of the proximity to enjoy leisurely walks on the beach, visit the charming towns, and indulge in the fresh produce available at the farmers markets. The size of the house was perfect for our needs. The spacious kitchen and dining room provided ample space for preparing and enjoying meals together, the comfortable living room was a cozy place to relax. Overall amazing experience.

David was a super host. The property was clean, but not only that, relaxing, well stocked with all the necessities, peaceful and comfortable. The sunrise over the vineyard was a beautiful start to the day. Lying in the hammock under the shade of a large maple tree was the second best start to the day.
