Enjoy an unforgettable holiday at Costa del Sol staying in a cozy apartment with sea views, pool, private gardens, lovely and fully equipped.
Located in a nice setting, 200 meters from the beach (just crossing the footbridge) and the famous coastal wooden trail, surrounded by pine trees, and all services at few meters (restaurants, supermarkets, bus and taxi stops, pharmacy, post office..).
The flat is located on the third floor of a 10-story building with 2 elevators.

The apartment has been lovingly decorated using noble materials and colors to giving our guests a feeling of peace and harmony.


The kitchen is equipped with all appliances: microwave, refrigerator, toaster, sandwich maker, kettle... Also we provide all the utensils you may need during your stay: dishes, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, coffee cups, tea pot, pots and pans, stainless steel and so on.
Bathroom with shower tropical rain. It also has a washing machine and a cabinet in which you will find towels, hair dryer, iron.

In the lounge there is a HD TV 40 inch brand new.
Free WiFi internet connection without limits (access to internet in any device: tablet, smartphone, you want and download e). The living room has a sofa bed easily convertible into a king size (160 X200)bed.

The bedroom is notable for its lightness and magnificent sea front views. You will find a 140 X 200 bed with a comfortable mattress, a spacious closet and dresser useful where you can store your belongings. During your stay we provide all necessary bedding (sheets, duvets, pillows ..).
With advance notice it is possible put a travel cot(with aditional costs).

The sunny terrace is undoubtedly our favorite place of the aparment. Breakfast bread with olive oil, drinking a glass of wine or chatting with the Mediterranean Sea background is a unique experience that we recommend to all our guests. The colorful sunsets are a real spectacle of sensations. On clear days you can see on the horizon the mountains of the nearby African continent and will remind located at the southernmost tip of Europe: the Costa del Sol.

The complex has a large swimming pool which open in summer and also has large green areas completely private to relaxing or play with your kids.

Interaction with Guests
Personally welcome our guests upon arrival. You can contact us by phone at any time if you need something.
For your convenience on arrival we will provide a useful guide we have made with the most interesting activities and services nearby that you can visit during your vacation.
We provide shuttle service from airport or bus/train station. Ask us for price and availability.

The Neighborhood
Located at Calahonda (Mijas Costa), one of the corners of the Costa del Sol best rated by tourists due to its crystalline water, its extensive beaches little overcrowded, its wide range of leisure facilities (restaurants, bars, supermarkets, golf...), and excellent location (15 minutes drive from Marbella downtown and 20 from the airport).

Getting Around
If you have a car you can park it free and easily at the street just in front of the property. Also the building has 15 parking places not numbered. If you come without own vehicle don't worry, the beach is a 'stones throw' (200m) and less than 5-15 minutes walk you will find a wide range of supermarkets (Mercadona, Lidl, MAS and Supersol), all kinds of restaurants (Italian, Japanese, Indian, Mexican, Lebanese ...), several pharmacies, and taxi/bus stops (25 meters away) that will take you anywhere in the Malaga geography.

HOUSE RULES:

We appreciate a complete profile with a photo or a brief description about yourself.
* Please let us know your exact arrival time after accepting your reservation.
* It is very important to respect the neighborhood. You can have fun as long as you are respectful of others, especially at night and early in the morning. Please be respectful in common areas.
* Respect the environment; it is the legacy we will leave for future generations, so please do not leave lights on unnecessarily. Unplug heaters once you have finished using them.
* Only the number of people listed on the reservation request will be allowed to stay in the apartment.
* We love our plants; they need a little water every 4/5 days, so we would appreciate it if you could water them occasionally.
* Check-in after 10:00 p.m. has an additional charge of €30.
* Only the people named on the reservation request (and who have provided us with a copy of their ID/Passport) will be allowed to stay in the apartment.
* Additional guest: €20 per night.
* Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your exact departure time.
* Please leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it. If not you will be charge for 50 euros for extra cleaning fee.
Leaving trash undisposed has a charge of €50.

* Lost keys have a charge of €100.
* SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE. If you detect the smell of tobacco, we will charge an additional €50 for cleaning.
* Check-in/out before/after established hours has an additional charge of €70.
* VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Any additional guests after the reservation has been made will be charged €20 per guest per night.
* And lastly, the most important rule, we wish you the BEST STAY YOU'VE EVER HAD!!
