Townhouse Walking Distance To The Beach With Two Community Pools

This house is located 400m from the Vera beaches. There are restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops within walking distance and the bus stop is 50m from the front door. The house contains two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living / dining room and a kitchenette.
The Vera Beaches are good for families and are connected to Garrucha with the Paseo Maritimo, you can walk to Garrucha in 20 minutes or so.
Key collection for the property that you have rented for your holiday will be from a key safe located in Mojacar / Vera playa and will be available from 3pm. The arrival information will be sent to you approximately 2 weeks before your arrival date with clear instructions included for your arrival to your property. Presencial meetings can be arranged if preferred and the cost will be 25€ payable to the agent on arrival.
We offer addicional services such as welcome packs, cot & highchair hire and these can be booked and paid for on your arrival.
