The Apartment boasts a cozy and comfortable living space.
The bedroom has a California King bed, large closet and Cable/T.V.
The living area has a queen-sized pullout futon couch, with Cable/T.V.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, and bistro table. There are also complimentary coffee/tea amenities provided.

Conveniently located on Lake Street near Lyndale Avenue. It offers numerous bars, restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. It's also located right next to a Speedway Gas Station for any beverages/snacks needed during your stay.
(Lake Street is a busy through-way street, so there can be occasional traffic/pedestrian/ambulance noise)

Great Location!

This place is so safe and cozy in the heart of uptown. I loved the nice little touches like breakfast bars, mints and tea. I would stay again!

Great hosts, clean apartment, centrally located

Jennifer is a fantastic host. She was on top of communication, flexible with logistics (as the booking calendar allowed).Everything was clean in the apartment. Appliances and amenities were all great and so nice to be able to cook my own meals.Location is great in general in terms of where apartment is in relation to accessing sources of the city. The apartment is next door to a gas station, but my trip was a mix of work and pleasure so didn’t need a quiet retreat to reset.I’ll 100% book again with Jennifer if I am in need of a stay in Minneapolis again soon.

Great apartment option in LynLake neighborhood.

We came in for a weekend, and wanted to stay uptown in LynLake. This apartment was perfect for our needs. Only negative is it’s a bit loud from traffic the street below- but earplugs helped me sleep like a baby in the comfortable bed. Very impressed with cleaning standards - and all fresh still wrapped paper products was a nice touch.

Conveniently located/host was very accommodating.

Loved the location right across from Bryant Bowl. DONT miss this place when you visit and a great cafe right next door. 5 minutes to uptown and a lot of great walkable restaurants and shops. Jennifer was very accommodating and communicated very well. The bed is very hard, great if you like a hard bed, but I was pretty sore after a 5 day stay. The gas station next door is pretty sketchy and has a security announcement every 30 minutes all day and night. Otherwise it was a great stay. The off street parking was great and we felt very secure.

Home for the Holidays

Coffee maker was a plus! Dishwasher was great! We were close to family and friends which was our goal. Parking spot for our car! Anything you could want within walking distance!

Cozy apartment in Minneapolis

Perfect for my visit to family with little ones in St Paul. Got me out from underfoot when it was time for them to get to bed. Fun neighborhood with lots of places to explore (and get treats!). Older building with parking, everything I needed in kitchen for breakfast, great air conditioning too! Thanks!

Cute place, great location

The apartment is cute, clean, cozy and in a great location. Little extras like water bottles in the fridge and a coffee/tea spread are nice add ons! Steps from all uptown has to offer. Communication with the host was seamless, parking was included and a great stay all around.

Why they chose this property

This property is in an ideal location. It is within walking distance of so much.
Lots of restaurants, bars, coffee shops. Right next door to a convenient store/gas station. Across the street from a Famous Dave's and the famous Bryant Lake Bowl which was featured in the movie Beautiful Girls and and the TV show Diners Drive-In's and Dives.

What makes this property unique

This building was a Turn-of-the Century Boarding House when it was first built in 1906. It has been thoroughly renovated and turned into 2 (1-bedroom) apartments, (with 2 Hair Salons downstairs). Yet it still maintains a lot of it's original unique charm.
