The home is approximately 317 yards from the beautiful sandy beach, minutes from Jockey's Ridge State Park and Historic Roanoke Island is a few miles away by car. You will also be able to enjoy a shopping outlet and mall, local art, water sports and many fine restaurants featuring fresh local seafood. This home boasts an abundance of decks, a private pool (15x30), hot tub and a game room with a wet bar and pool table. Event Fee $1000.

We had a family gathering here in August ‘25. 15 of us were able to spread out and be comfortable. The pool, outdoor decks, and pool tables were all used every day. Hurricane Erin was a bummer for going to the beach, but we were all safe at the house, so it’s a good location. Just a footnote, some of the text in the description states pyramid bunks were removed and replaced with a king. There’s still pyramid bunks and a bunk room on the first floor, great for families with kids. Thanks.

Great location but needs some upkeep

The property is in dire need of a good cleaning and some serious Maintenance work. The location is great, close walk to the beach, shopping and main roads.

Needs Attention

Guys trip to get together and watch the NCAA tournament…None of the TVs worked…signal in all rooms would go in and out…called maintenance who promptly has Spectrum come out…guy left saying it was fixed, and it worked for about 20 minutes…House was quite dirty…respectfully took off shoes until we realized our socks and feet would turn black…House has potential, but has clearly been neglected…Hard to leave reviews like this, but this place was a bit disappointing if it were not for the company…

Stay

The only suite in the entire house did not have a working toilet. When you flushed, it leaked to the 2nd floor bedroom. No one came to fix it and I reached out multiple times looking for a resolution. Our grandparents were on the trip and we gave them this room as it was the only bedroom with a bathroom in the room. They like to use the bathroom in private and could not even use it.

Would like a refund of some sort

Pool was green, pool guy could not clear and there was mold throughout the house. I will be submitting pictures and complaint with Resort Realty this weekend.
