The entrance to the property is both elegant and easily accessible, whether on foot or by car. A well-defined pathway, lit by LED spotlights, leads you to a covered parking area that accommodates up to four vehicles and features an electric car charging station.

From there, a gentle stone staircase leads to a small courtyard that provides access to the main house and the adjacent guesthouse.

The villa, approximately 400 square meters, is spread over two levels.
The first room you enter is a spacious and bright living area, featuring a beautiful exposed wooden beam ceiling.
This open-plan room extends outdoors through large sliding glass doors that lead to a covered veranda and the large heated pool.

The sleeping quarters and living areas are thoughtfully separated, each occupying one side of the villa and divided by the central living room.
To the right of the living room is the dining area, opening out onto the front garden, which includes a convenient BBQ space.
A few steps up leads to the large, modern kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to cook in comfort and style. You'll find a spacious fridge with freezer, dishwasher, convection oven, built-in microwave, espresso machine, milk frother, toaster, electric whisks, a dual-zone wine fridge for both reds and whites, and an ice maker—a truly professional-grade kitchen, a dream come true for any chef or aspiring cook!

The kitchen also features two sets of French doors that offer independent access to the garden:
One leads to the guesthouse, which includes a comfortable double bed and en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower.
The other opens onto the poolside relaxation area, furnished with lounge chairs and umbrellas, and boasting a stunning sea view.
Just a few steps above the pool area is a covered outdoor dining space with a large wooden table and a second fridge—perfect for enjoying cozy dinners under the stars, especially with the modern gas BBQ nearby.

The sleeping area is located to the left of the main living room, accessed through a hallway that includes a guest bathroom.
On this main level, you'll find two master bedrooms, both offering spectacular sea views and en-suite bathrooms. The primary master bedroom, located to the right of the hallway, features a private walk-in closet, a bright en-suite with shower, and direct access to the pool area via French doors.
On the lower level, there are two additional double bedrooms, each with its own spacious wardrobe and en-suite bathroom.
