We have had the most wonderful holiday, The Villa is perfect, most amazing views day and night

We have absolutely fallen in love with the property, it’s location is remote but within very easy access to local towns and beautiful beaches giving it the best if both worlds. Marie-Line is a wonderful host and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect get away.

Absolutely amazing villa, perfect .

Villa had everything you could possibly need . Beautiful views , quiet location just so peaceful. Amazing host marie helped with everything including places to visit . We had the best time and will definitely be back . Absolutely 💯 amazing 😍 .

Absolutely Fabulous property.

Stayed here 12 days 12-24th August 2023z Villa is only few miles from the very bustling Ayia Napa, set just short drive into the National park above Ayia. Fantastic host and very nice welcome. Several pool inflatables available that have been left by other visitors, great fun in pool. Fantastic views, very comfortable main 6ft Bed. Villa is just superb and pool is awesome. Need a car but this also gives opportunity to seek out other places and local beaches. Church in the hill, walk from Villa is amazing and private charter Boat trip (not the normal 35 euro trips with the crowds) from Ayia Harbour experience but fantastic. Be a millionaire for 2 hours. 100% recommendation to people looking for something special in a villa.

One of the best villas we’ve stayed at

Firstly a massive thank you to Marie-Line who was amazing during the booking process, arrival and departure experience - and of course for the wonderful villa!!!!! Everything was superb; the accommodation (spacious, clean, and with everything you need), the gardens (spacious, perfect breeze and stunning views), the pool (10mx5m, so big, warm, - and spotless - perfect!), and even a garage to keep the car cool for when heading out. Location was amazing (peaceful, stunning views and just a couple of neighbours close by) but a car is a must to get anywhere - 10mins to Ayia Napa. 15mins to Paralimni. 20mins to Protaras. And so many fantastic tavernas all within an easy drive. Road to the villa is a little bumpy so just be prepared but not concerned - totally worth a few bumps to get to the perfect villa. Thanks again Marie-Line - see you next year!

Villa mit tollem Pool, Weitblick und Sonnenuntergängen

Wir (Paar 57/61 Jahre) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen. Die ganze Villa für uns allein. Toller Pool- und Terrassenbereich. Durch die Lage auf dem Hügel hat man eine tolle Aussicht mit Weitblick und jeden Abend unverbauter Blick auf die Sonnenuntergänge. Großartig! Gut zu Wissen: Die Zufahrt ist nur teilweise asphaltiert (zu Beginn und am Ende bei den Häusern), dazwischen unterschiedliche Gravelroads mit diversen Schlaglöchern. Bei vorsichtigem Fahren kein Problem. Und man muss seinen Müll selber zu den dafür vorgesehenen Müll-Plätzen bringen. Das ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftigaber, eigentlich kein Problem, da man ohnehin dort vorbeit fährt. Zudem tolle Strände in Protaras und Agia Napa. Einziges Manko: Morgens und abends werden in der Sonnenaufgangs- und -untergangszeit im Gebiet Singvögel und Wachteln geschossen (soweit wir wissen illegal). Die Jäger sieht man so gut wie nie, da sie gut getarnt durch das Gebiet gehen. Trotzdem kann man dort einen tollen Urlaub verleben. Und die Gastgeberin ist ausgesprochen nett, reagiert sofort, wenn man Fragen hat o.ä. und kümmert sich um alle Anliegen (bei uns war kurzzeitig die Poolpumpe kaputt, es kam sofort am nächsten Morgen jemand und hat sie repariert).

Avslappende og behagelig

Den perfekte ferieboligen for dere som vil slappe av og nyte en helt fantastisk utsikt! Stort og fint basseng :) Kort vei til butikker, by og fine strender. Service fra host var også helt utmerket! Veldig fornøyd med hele oppholdet, anbefales på det sterkeste :D 10/10

Toller Urlaub!

Das Haus ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen,aber das machen der grandiose Ausblick und der riesige Pool wieder wett. Marie- Line,die Vermieterin kümmert sich sehr liebevoll um ihre Gäste.Wir haben uns wunderbar erholt und werden bestimmt wiederkommen.
