Clean well located apartment

The apartment was clean and had all the facilities which you require for a self catering holiday. The apartment is well located to the bus route and local bars, restaurants and the beach.

Excellent location and everything you need within the property. The outside space was just right. The owner seemed to have provided everything we needed, both inside and outside the property, for example chairs, cold box, parasol and even beach towels.

G8 fir short relaxing break everything on doorstep

had a wonderful week in an area of. Spain. I hadn't been to before and absolutely loved it. Have family in Gibraltar and Valencia and as such had never been to costa Almeria before! Wher we stayed was very spanish and had markets on nearly every day ( you need a car or have to take a bus to some of these ) and if like me you love a good market you won't be disappointed. The house itself was perfect for us and my partner made good use of the pool every morning. The only minor fault really is it could do with a bigger TV although because we didn't use the TV much it forced us to go out and as a result we found a sports bar on the beach front ( again i can't remember the name sorry ) but he got to see his beloved Newcastle United and I enjoyed some more wine and beach fun. And what a beach, beautiful flat sandy beach, surprisingly unpopulated Although it was February I expect it will be a lot more crowded in the summer months. The food everywhere we ate was really really good and I don't know if is because of the time of year we went but it seemed to me to be a lot cheaper than costa del sol, I will just have to go back in the summer and check it out ( ANY EXCUSE ) , Some bars still hold onto the traditional Spanish custom of FREE TAPAS IF YOU ARE ORDERING DRINKS. One afternoon we took a drive to Almerimar to meet some friends who have a place there and we sat for several hours in a lovely corner bar overlooking the. Marina ( can't remember the name sorry ) I think it had a blue and white awning, anyway a handful of beers each and a few bottles of wine , we must have had 3 or 4 drinks each minimum ( who's counting ) a multitude of different tapas chosen from the menu and WAIT FOR IT , the bill didn't even come to 10 euros a head. Mitch who met us was very welcoming and helped us source a key for the pool after our one was playing up a bit on one of the days. We Look forward to returning here next summer.

Es la cuarta vez que veraneamos en esta urbanización, pero nunca antes lo habíamos hecho en este apartamento y es difícil decidir si nos gustaría repetir o no, porque tiene pros y contras.El apartamento está muy bien situado: la urbanización está a cinco minutos andando de la playa y el alojamiento se encuentra justo delante de la piscina grande y con orientación norte, lo cual nos ha encantado porque no era muy caluroso. La terracita de fuera está muy bien y la mesa y las sillas son grandes y cómodas, así que la hemos aprovechado bastante.Más o menos tiene de todo para apañarse; sin embargo, está un poco descuidado en muchos aspectos, el más importante para nosotros, el colchón de la cama principal, que se se hundía mucho y te movías con cada movimiento de la otra persona; de la misma manera, otros detalles como las sartenes, que piden a gritos una renovación, el tendedero, que está oxidado y manchaba la ropa de blanco, por lo que solo se podía tender en la terraza de arriba, el espejo del baño, las puertas... Es decir, te puedes apañar, pero algunas cosas resultan incómodas.Por otro lado, las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado y, aunque el salón no lo tiene, con los ventiladores el calor se soportaba (aunque hubiera estado mejor que el de suelo moviera su parte de arriba) y eso que al principio era ola de calor. Para terminar, los vecinos de la urbanización son muy agradables y las piscinas están fenomenal.

Todo bien,menos la comunicación con el dueño

La persona que nos recibió no hablaba español a penas .. la televisión la casa no funciona por que habían pagado la conexión intentamos solucionarlo de varias maneras con el dueño de la casa pero nos fue imposible ..las camas estaban sueltas del cabecero por lo cual hacían ruido .. por lo demás la limpieza bien etc

La comunicación previa a la llegada no fue fácil,La urba está muy bien y la piscina genial, el duplex tb está bien salvo que no hay aire acondicionado en el salón y hace calor por las tardes, el colchón principal está fatal, la cocina está bien auqnue deberían cambiar sartenes y algunos utensilios de cocina, tiene sombrillas y sillas de playas además de nevera, que se agradece mucho, tuve dos conflictos un par de roturas y el anfitrión se porto muy bien, así que luces y sombras, con un coco Chon nuevo, aire en el salón y un pelin más de limpieza en zonas no habituales sería un diez, aun así tuvimos una estancia agradable

Repetimos en este apartamento de nuevo. A pesar de no resultar la cama muy cómoda, nos gusta mucho la ubicación. Este año tenía toppers de colchón que hacía las camas más confortables, aunque solo para las camas de 90 cm. Sería perfecto si pone lo mismo para la cama grande.

La casa en general está bien ubicada: a10 minutos andando de la playa y paseo marítimo. Como aspectos a mejorar los colchones están viejos, la cisterna goteaba y el bidé tenía el grifo roto. La terraza muy bien pero con poca intimidad, ya que esta separada de la del vecino por un muro de algo más de un metro. El aparcamiento bien.

buenas vacaciones

elegimos el alojamiento pues ya estuvimos el año pasado en la misma urbanización, y nos gusta la ubicación, cerca de la playa y a un paseo al pueblo de Garrucha. El alojamiento está bien, tiene aire acondicionado en las habitaciones y esto se agradece mucho ya que hacía mucho calor para dormir en las fechas que fuimos y el ventilador se quedaba escaso. Tuvimos poca luz en el salón ya que la lámpara del ventilador no funcionaba, se lo avisamos a Mitch pero al ver que no tenía solución rápida nos apañamos con la lámpara pequeña. Para nosotros también fue algo incómoda la cama, sería estupendo si mejoran el colchón. Por nuestra parte intentaremos repetir otro año en este apartamento, hemos pasado unas buenas vacaciones

La urbanizacion y el alojamiento esta bien ubicado pero le falta renovarse, las camas son incomodisimas, viejas, al igual que las sabanas que estan muy desgastadas, la verdad es que acabamos con dolor de espalda todos los días y esto es algo bastante importante ya que el descanso es necesario para comenzar bien la jornada diaria. El baño tiene lo justo y necesario, ademas tanto la estanteria de dentro del baño como la del espejo esta oxidada y vieja. Tambien nos sorprendio que no hubiera utensilios basicos de cocina para fregar los platos por ejemplo... Por otro lado la terraza de arriba no esta como aparece en las fotos, las hamacas tambien estan oxidadas... Como valoracion global he de decir que esta pasable para lo poco que estas en la casa pero si quieres pasar tiempo en ella recomendaria algo mucho mas cuidado ya que no vale el precio que pagas.

Casa con potencial pero muy mal equipada

En general me ha parecido muy malo y la pena es que la casa tiene potencial pero esta muy mal equipada. La limpieza es bastante escasa, la vajilla también es escasa, la tostadora tiene enchufe modelo ingles con lo cual no se puede usar , alguna lámpara no funcionaba, la barbacoa estaba rota y encina la normativa de la propiedad de la propiedad no dejaba hacer barbacoas y por último lo peor de todo es que las camas y colchones son de muy mala calidad y es imposible descansar.

Très bel endroit très beau environnement je conseille très fortement

Well located and equipped for our holiday. Loved the area and with beach just a few minutes away ,great for walking our dog. I realise that its someone's home so overlooked the fact that there was a lot of personal things lying around did not bother me, but it may some people.WiFi worked well and we had everything we needed in the apparment. If i had any criticism it would be the bathroom fittings a little tired and maybe the apparment may benefit from reversablA/C for the cold winter nights. Really enjoyed our stay.

I've traveled to Spain virtually every single year of my entire life and I absolutely adore the country. My parents used to take me along with my brothers and sisters and then I started taking my family and now my kids are older (no grand children yet) I am sure the habits will continue.

I am studying Spanish and will probably retire here in few years time, once the Spanish improves.

I am not ready to retire just yet as the UK is my main place of work but now that I have a home here I will visit as regularly as I can if for no other reason than the food iand the weather are amazing.

It seems a shame for such a lovely house to be empty when we are not there so it made perfect sense to utilise it as a holiday home for others to enjoy.

Why they chose this property

We looked at lots of properties over a period of about 3 years and initially I didn't want to view this house as I was adamant I needed to have 2 bathrooms, the real estate agent insisted and I am so glad he did.

With the exception of only having the one bathroom this property ticked every single other box.

So I have to be honest it was a bit of a gut feeling as soon as we walked in. The place just grabbed us as its kind of quaint but spacious at the same time.

If you ahve a car there is much to explore in the immediate region but if not you are close enough to all amenities for it not to be a concern.

So like i said previously this property was bought on a gut feeling as soon as we walked in. The place just grabbed us as its kind of quaint but spacious at the same time and has so much to offer.
