This cottage is on a dead end driveway offering privacy and an authentic lake house experience in an eastern exposure camp with ample docking and parking for your party. Nestled in at Coleman Point, your boats are protected from most weather on Winnipesaukee. This all season cottage has 3 bedrooms , 2 baths, a detached and very quaint bunkhouse and a sleeper sofa. The 30 foot porch (with electric awning) faces the lakefront, sun deck and fire pit for your enjoyment. The firm sandy beach and crystal clear water will amaze any newcomer to Winnipesaukee.

This was the most relaxing vacation we've taken in forever. I literally never left the property and my granddaughters have memories for a lifetime. The lake was so beautiful. Rob was such a wonderful host.

Beautiful spot. House fully stocked with everything you need and I mean absolutely everything! Plenty of parking. Views incredible. Sandy beach once you get beyond some rocks. Owners accessible and responded timely. This is my 4th year using VRBO and this spot/home was absolutely the best one!!!!!Location is near whatever you might want, grocery store, movie theatre, shopping, Meadowbrook or most important a quiet beautiful spot with amazing wildlife such as loons and eagle.

Wonderful Getaway

We have stayed here for the past several years and the location and view can’t be beat. Very friendly owners who make sure we had everything we need like firewood & gas for the grill. An ideal place to spend a week with friends and family.

This property is right on the water. You can relax on the deck, anywhere in the big yard or even on the raft not far from the dock. The host is very nice and generous. He even helped me with an issue I had during my stay. We feel at home. We even booked extra weeks for next year.

Fall weekend 2024

We loved our stay here! Cute cottage with beautiful views of the lake and mountains. There was plenty of space for our 6 family members, which included two young children. We appreciated having firewood available for the fire pit, and a well-equipped kitchen. The host was friendly and very accommodating.
