Enjoy a wonderful getaway at this beachfront, beautifully decorated 2 BR, 2 BA condominium located at 7000 Seawall, in the Dawn Condos. Great amenities at an affordable rate! Facilities include 2 pools, hot tub, gated parking and fitness center. This 2nd floor unit offers a private balcony, living area with beach views, full kitchen, W/D in unit, master bedroom with private bathroom. Sleeps 6 comfortably with a king in the master, a king in the 2nd BR and a queen sleeper in the living area.

This 2nd floor unit offers a private balcony, living area with beach views, full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, master bedroom with private bathroom. Sleeps 6 comfortably with a king in the master, a king in the 2nd bedroom and a queen sleeper in the living area. Conveniently located across from the beach and Wal-mart, easy access to Moody Gardens, Galveston Convention Center, Schlitterbahn and all of Galveston's festivities. Gated parking on premises, $30 paid directly to condos upon check-in.

Upon completing a reservation I will email you our rental agreement that explains check-in, check-out, what to bring and who to call.

This location is close to restaurants, shopping, just a mile to Schlitterbahn and Moody Gardens, not to mention, directly across the street from the sand and beach! Trolley stop is located on seawall, in front of complex.

Rentals include furnishings, linens, kitchen equipment, appliances, heating and air conditioning.
What to bring: A. We do not furnish foods of any kind such as seasonings, condiments, etc., grilling supplies such as fluid, charcoal, personal soaps such as shampoo body wash, etc. or cleaning supplies such as dish soap, laundry soap, etc. B. A "starter" supply of paper products such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. are in each unit, the renter is responsible for additional products during their stay. C. Beach and Pool items: towels, chairs, umbrellas, sun block, repellents and toys!

Quiet Hours 10PM-6AM
House occupancy will not be exceeded.
Loud music and noise is prohibited.
All cars & guests will be registered with the rental office at check-in, and all cars will be parked in the driveway.
When parking cars on the street, vehicular traffic will not be impeded. Posted street signage (speed limits, parking) will be obeyed.
Cars will not be parked on lawns or in a neighbor’s driveway.
Vehicles will not be driven or parked anywhere where not allowed. Motor homes, campers and tents are prohibited and may not be parked or hooked up at rental homes.
Only people with a valid driver’s license may operate a golf cart. Police will issue tickets.
Non street-licensed vehicles (such as 4 wheelers, go carts, dirt bikes, scooters, ATVs, etc.) are not permitted anywhere on Galveston Island. Barbeque grilling on decks is strictly prohibited; it is a fire hazard.
RAIL WARNINGS- It is extremely important that all guests be aware to never place weight on the railings. We encourage caution and awareness when on decks and balconies. Bolts can become compromised due to the corrosive nature of the saltwater climate in Galveston.
Hanging or throwing items from balconies is prohibited.
Only registered pets are allowed in SOME rental homes and a $75 non-refundable fee has been collected. Leash laws must be obeyed at all times.
While boating, “No Wake” rules in the canals will be obeyed.
At canal homes, fishing lights must be turned off when not in use.
The property is NON-SMOKING. Smokers will smoke outside and dispose of butts properly.
Fish will be cleaned where caught. The remains will be carefully wrapped in plastic bags and placed in outdoor trash cans.
Help keep Galveston clean! Garbage will be put in securely tied plastic bags and placed in the trash bins provided.
In the case of a mandatory evacuation, Guests agree to evacuate homes as per City of Galveston orders.
In the case of evacuation, the decision to re-enter the house is solely that of the Property Mgt. Company.
Seaweed cannot be relocated on the beach without a permit. However, clearing a pathway to the water with a hand rake is allowed.

Great Complex - Condo was okay
The condo is well located in a great complex. The pool was fantastic and the grounds well maintained. The condo itself was okay, not great, but okay. It was mostly clean and the kitchen was mostly well stocked (they warn you they don't provide anything). There were some condition issues. The hall bathroom shower is in need of attention - a very dirty (mold, mildew, etc) shower curtain liner, cracking grout that may have been moldy, and a PVC pipe that was sticking out of the ceiling and looked to be surrounded by mold, There were also not enough towels and no hand towels for the guest bath. It was only two of us, so we were okay, but if it had been more we would not have had enough. The towels that were there were pretty threadbare, as were the sheets. There were also no beach towels provided and that was not stated in the information anywhere (that we saw) so we had to buy some. None of these things are a huge deal, but they added up. In all, we'd stay at the complex again but might choose a different unit.

Lovely escape overlooking the gulf
We've never taken a family vacation to the beach before so this was new for us. Staying in this condo made it perfect. It's right across Seawall Blvd. from the beach with dozens of restaurants and shops in both directions. The condo is comfortable and spacious and the balcony is the perfect place for morning coffee or just watching the moonlight reflect off the water late at night. It has everything you need and everything actually works! Don't hesitate to rent here to enjoy Galveston Island!
