About this property

Based on a working farm in the countryside, with great walks and cycling tracks. Near Southwell Race Course, Local pubs, Local Shops. Few minutes away from the town Southwell with Newark also just 10min drive away.
The barn has a fully fitted kitchen with a dinning room / lounge. Downstairs is one single room with pull out bed and a shower and toilet bathroom. Upstairs is 2 double rooms with one single room. Also up stairs is a family bathroom.
Outside is a fenced court yard, also is a grass area at the front with plenty of car parking space around and even a large field for children to play games.

Family get together to celebrate Diamond Anniversary

We had 7 family members between 17 and 83 and the accommodation was perfect for us. There was enough room for us all to be together but not tripping over each other. There was comfy seats for everyone and we could all eat together. The ears was so peaceful and the villages and towns around there are well worth a visit. We twice visited the Full moon pub in Morton, 1/4 mile easy walk. The staff we so friendly and the food fabulous. Definitely recommend a visit there. Southwell town was lovely too.

I have been working along side my Gran (Val) for the last 10 years running the holiday lets. She recently has just retired and has now left me in charge to run the holiday lets for her keeping a very close eye on things. I have been brought up on the farm and it's a beautiful tidy well looked after farm with my dads cows kept on the yard. The countryside is beautiful and has some lovely walks to go on around the area. Great pub just down the road as well!
