Beach Access: There are many public beaches along 30A that can be enjoyed. Most beach accesses have parking nearby along 30A or in parking lots.
Deer Lake State Park - The most convenient beach access with ample parking and only 1 mile away. There are new bathrooms, grills, and shelter at the beach access! The park ask for $5 payment per vehicle

Seabreeze Beach Access - A five minute golf cart ride or eight minute bike ride East on 30A from Prominence. Shoulder parking is on the North side 30A slightly closer to it's entry. You can park and use the nearby crosswalk to crossover 30A directly to the access entry.

Gulf Lakes Beach Access - You can pack lightly to bike and utilize the available bike racks at the access entry to lockup. This access is tucked in a residential area off 30A but has a public parking lot about 100 yards from the access entry.

Walton Dunes - An easier entry as it has no boardwalk or steps, and you can walk from the road directly onto the beach. This is a good option for dropping off passengers and gear before parking in the nearby lot. There are plenty of bicycle racks at the access should you decide to ride bikes.

Inlet Beach Regional Access - A 15 minute car ride but is a great option with ample parking, on-duty Lifeguards, and restrooms. You cannot take the golf cart to the Inlet Beach Access due to the distance from the house.

Other things to note:
Parking is available in the driveway for 1 vehicle at the townhome directly in front of the garage door. There is no street parking available but there is overflow parking in South Prominence.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
