ski resorts Semnoz 20 km (family resort), La Clusaz, Grand Bornand, Chinaillon) 35 km.
The house of contemporary and modern style consists of a living room, library and kitchen of 90 m² overlooking a terrace of 40 m² with t large glass resin table of 8 people
A heated swimming pool of 10m x4,5m surrounded by a terrace of 200 m²
Upstairs 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, 2 walk-in showers and a spa bath.
Garage for 2 cars and parking for 3 cars

Vue incroyable

Contact facile avec le propriétaire. Maison d’une propreté remarquable. Cuisine extrêmement bien équipée. 3 vraies chambres à l’étage. La quatrième chambre est à la cave mais dispose d’un soupirail. Seul bémol : le wifi est très mauvais.

Merci Mme Ferreira pour votre appréciation. La 4ème chambre n'est pas à la cave mais au sous sol aménagé. Effectivement, le wifi n'est pas connecté à la fibre et peut montrer des signes de lenteur.

Une belle maison, propre , très pratique avec une vue impressionante. Il y a beaucoup à faire / visiter à moins d’une heure de route et Annecy et le lac sont tout près. Très bon accueil. Nous avons passés d’excellentes vacances.

Magique

Avec ma femme, mes deux enfants (4 et 8ans) ainsi que 3 amis, nous avons passés une merveilleuse semaine dans cette superbe villa. Super Acceuil et la maison est splendide, tout comme la vue. La piscine et la terrasse ont eu raison de nous toutes la semaine :-)

Simply wonderful.

Quite simply, this beautiful villa, with it’s breathtaking views of the mountains and Lake Annecy is a little piece of paradise. . The owner, Jean-Pierre, was a charming and wonderful host, looking after our every need. Communication was excellent, the villa was in a great location and was immaculately clean and very well equipped. We would not hesitate to recommend.

Magnifique maison

Excellent accueil de la famille Fischer. Villa avec vue incroyable sur Annecy et ses montagnes. Idéalement située, au calme et en lisière de forêt sans être isolé . Prestations haut de gamme, piscine chauffée à 31 degrés . Nous y avons passé 2 semaines en famille et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci à M. Fischer et à sa famille!

Parfait !

Magnifique Villa au calme avec une vue splendide sur le Lac d'Annecy. Prestation de haut niveau, il ne manque absolument rien. Pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. Propriétaires très discrets et accueillants. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Accueil fort sympathique des propriétaires et de la jeune Hannah ! Cette spacieuse maison est très agréable et son environnement époustouflant ! Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine avec nos 4 grands enfants adultes. Nous ne pouvons que vous recommander d'y séjourner !

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans cette magnifique maison, avec une superbe vue dégagée sur le lac et les montagnes. Villa très bien conçue et très bien équipées, des prestations de qualité. Merveilleuse villa dans un cadre idyllique, très fonctionnelle en plus de l'esthétique. Trés bien située et beaucoup d'activité possible aux alentours en plus de la piscine sur place! Propriétaires vraiment charmants ... à faire et à refaire!!
