Our weekend stay was amazing! The host was extremely welcoming and helpful. The welcome snacks and drinks were much appreciated after a long drive. We will definitely stay again!
We had an incredible stay at this home - the owner was kind, communicative, and left so many thoughtful touches for the holiday. From treats when we arrived to an incredibly well appointed home, to cozy blankets all around and wood for the fire - this was a spectacular week. Location also can’t be beat!

Hosting Andrea and her family during the Christmas and New Year's holidays at our home in Mystic was a true pleasure. They were delightful guests—friendly and easy to communicate with. We would gladly welcome them back anytime!
This is a great cozy home to relax at in Mystic. Close enough to restaurants and shopping, but just outside of town on a quiet street. My wife and I enjoyed the home for a long winter weekend sitting by the fire place and enjoying the relaxation. The owner was great with communication and even surprised us with treats for a warm weekend. We highly recommend this home any time of the year.
The experience was extraordinary. The outside of the house looked a bit plain but once we got in it was so spacious, clean and welcoming. Thank you for the welcome package and note - Stan & Family. There were more than enough supplies and materials provided in all the rooms and the kitchen area. It had everything we needed and more. It was cozy and very comfortable. Great games and snacks to make us feel welcome.Hope you have a wonderful stay if you choose 12 Hinckley street. Sincere, Perse & Family.
Outstanding stay overall. House had everything our little family needed - and some extras. Our host made sure we had all the necessities and was always available if we needed him (although we didn’t because the house was set up for success).

We had a fantastic stay at this home! The location is unbeatable, especially if you are looking to spend time at the seaport—it was incredibly convenient and made exploring the area so much easier. The house itself was clean, well-maintained, and felt very welcoming. It was the perfect setup for a family, and we especially appreciated how pet-friendly the property is. Having a place that truly accommodates our furry family members makes all the difference! An added bonus to our weekend: we got to watch UCONN win and head to the Final Four right from the living room! One thing to note for future guests is that the only bathroom is located on the second floor. This wasn't an issue for our group at all, but it’s something to keep in mind if anyone in your party has mobility concerns.Overall, we highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and perfectly located base for their trip. We would definitely stay here again!
Highly recommend! The house is in a perfect location and walking distance to the downtown area. Stan was so responsive and a great host! We brought our dog and she enjoyed the fenced backyard! We will definitely be back!

Clean, spacious home with large outdoor deck that is located a short walk to the Seaport and also to the center of Mystic Village. We attended a family wedding at the Seaport and enjoyed walking to town along the Mystic River.
Classy and elegant house in a great location of Mystic
We enjoyed wonderful five night stay at this tasteful, spacious and home welcoming place with serene green grounds. The house is right next to Seaport Museum, Aquarium and downtown Mystic making it easy for short trips and making our time in Mystic a memorable one.
We had a fantastic stay in Mystic with our 3 month old. Stan was a phenomenal host and made sure that we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout the stay. The property itself was perfect for the three of us. Plenty of room to stretch out, relax, grill and take in everything the area has to offer. The location is exceptional - walking distance to downtown and a stones throw from the seaport museum and new Delamar hotel. We’ll be back!
