Sand Dollar Legacy is a beautiful, newly updated and furnished condo in Navarre Towers located on the 11th floor. It boasts a private balcony overlooking the emerald blue water of the Gulf and sugary white beaches of Navarre. The condo is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo that can sleep up to 6 people. The master bedroom features a king bed with a flat screen television, a private master bath with walk-in shower, and a sitting area with a gulf view and access to balcony. The second bedroom contains two queen beds and a flat screen television. The living area has new plush seating. The television is a new 65" flat screen smart tv with cable and streaming capabilities. The condo offers free wifi as well. The kitchen is fully stocked including a keurig coffee maker as well as most cooking utensils and equipment you might need. There is a washer and dryer in the unit as well. From March through October, all weekly rentals will include beach service with a beach umbrella and two chairs.
Navarre Towers is a gated community and offers an outdoor pool-heated in spring and fall- as well as basketball and tennis courts. In addition , Navarre Towers has some of the best beach frontage in Navarre. It is located near the Gulf Island National Seashore which is a beautiful 8 mile stretch of pristine beach that is home to many seabirds and nesting turtles. Dolphins can be seen playing in the emerald sea frequently as pelicans float along the waves.
Navarre Beach is home to the Gulf's longest fishing pier. Also close by are the Santa Rosa Sound, Gulf Breeze Zoo, and the Blue Angels Museum and practice field. Wonderful restaurants are close by as well.
