About this property

We have one of the premier properties on the NW Florida coast, and our guests will experience a new level of comfort and beauty, with amazing views in two directions! Recent upgrades include new TVs, mattresses on all beds, a walk-in shower, glass shower doors, patio furniture, fixtures, hardware, paint, tile and carpet, refrigerator, microwave, sofas, chairs, tables, electronics, linens, towels, kitchenware and amenities...basically we have replaced just about everything over the past 3 years! The 5th floor is also a great level, providing a birds-eye view of the beach while not being too high and far away.

What about our location? Navarre Beach is among the world’s best beaches, and the Regency has more beach space (over 400 ft in total) per unit than almost any condominium on the NW coast! Expect beach crowds at other locations but not here! The Regency is also one of the most desirable buildings in Navarre due to its solid construction (you rarely hear any noise above, below, or next to your unit) and its location near the pier, water sports and restaurants. Forget the traffic and crowds in Destin and Pensacola – Navarre Beach is where experienced beach lovers go!

We only rent to non-smokers only. There are a LOT of specific features to our unit, and if you think something is missing, just ask!

Also, beach chair service has now been added! Two chairs and an umbrella setup are included in the rate! Service is provided March 1 to October 31. Other features include:
• 65” Smart Sony 4K TV mounted with soundbar
• 50" Roku HDTVs mounted with soundbars in both bedrooms

We Love Navarre

This property was just what we needed! Quiet, on the ocean, and a boardwalk that took us right to the beach! The condo was super clean and well stocked. The floor plan worked well with our group, and the view off the balcony was breathtaking. Just another wonderful vacation in Navarre!

Perfect condo on the beach!

Wonderful condo right on the beach with stunning views. It’s so nice to find a well stocked condo with so many comforts of home! Very comfortable, clean and the Navarre Beach Regency might be my new favorite. It’s such a great smaller building with super fast elevators and parking was a breeze. I can’t recommend this condo enough!

This was our third stay at this condo. Each stay has been great. The condo is always quiet, plus comfortable. Maybe it’s because we’ve stayed here for a third time, but this condo has a very homey comfort to it. Highly recommend

Quick Girls’ Trip to the beach

The unit was spotless, comfy and had everything we needed (except binoculars to be nosy about whether we were seeing dolphins or people on kayaks 😂). The view was amazing and took less than a minute to walk to the beach. Love love love.

We have vacationed in NW Florida for over 20 years, always wanting to buy our own property there. In October 2018, our dream became a reality and we are thrilled to share it with our guests. We've learned from all the places we've rented over the years and have tried to create what we think is an outstanding beach experience. For us, this isn't a just rental business; this is something we've put a lot of time, effort and expense into and it is much more personal for us. We spend a lot of time here as well, so we want things to be a perfect as possible. We think our guests will really come to appreciate that difference.
