Pretty kid-friendly semi-detached villa

This pretty semi-detached villa of 115 m2 with reversible air conditioning in each room, is located in a quiet residence with 2 private parking spaces in front of the house and electric gate in the residence.

Great benefits and beautiful decoration, pleasant villa built in 2019.

On the ground floor: you will find a wc, a laundry room with washing machine, an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee maker ...), a dining room, a living room with ambilight tv and Devialet sound equipment, a terrace.

Upstairs: 1 master bedroom with 180x200 bed, TV, 15m2 solarium, dressing room and shower room, 1 bedroom with 160x200 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90x190 or 180x190 beds, terrace overlooking the pool, a bathroom bath with wc.

The ground floor terrace is covered and consists of a pleasant garden furniture, it is also secure if necessary if you have young children (see photos).
The 8x3m swimming pool has an alarm.
Work on the terrace around the pool is scheduled for March.

All the comfort is there: 6 deckchairs, plancha, a table for 6 to 8 guests ...
For lovers of the sea ideal location, very quiet.

Cleaning is included on your departure, sheets and towels are provided, beds are made for your arrival.

Having twin babies, we have baby equipment at your disposal free of charge, on request (2 safety barriers for the stairs, 1 high chair, 1 Babycook blender, 1 beaba deckchair, 2 babybjorn umbrella beds with mattress and sheets, 1 deckchair bath, 1 bath ring, 1 bath mat, 1 changing mat, 1 large special twin park of about 4m2, some toys, a baby swing and smoby hut).

You are only 700 m from the public sandy beach "La Garonnette", a private beach, beach restaurants and nautical attractions.

Highly recommended!

My family and I spent two weeks in this wonderful semidetached villa. The house is new, clean and all the rooms have air conditioning, are beautifully decorated and have all possible comforts. The garden is very nice with a clean and well maintained swimming pool, where my children loved to spend most of their time. The location is very good, as it is in a calm and residential area, but it is on a walking distance from the beach and the shopping area of San Peire. The owner and the person in charge of the property were always extremely kind and helpful. We loved this house and had a fantastic holiday here! We highly raccomend it!

Wonderful house with young children

We were lucky to spend 3 weeks there in July 2022. Everything, starting from the communication with the host upfront, the information given upon our arrival and everything following was super and easy. The house is beautiful decorated and in very good condition. Great place with (very) small children because the hosts thought about everything esp regarding security. Plus thea have so many toys, a childrens kitchen etc. Beaches, restaurants and super-markets are very close and you don't have to worry about traffic. When the children are bigger you can easily walk to the beach. Our hosts were just lovely, very helpful and available for us and our questions at all times. Thank you so much! The perfect vacation home.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, la maison est très bien équipée surtout avec de jeunes enfants, rien ne manquait. Très bon et calme, l’emplacement de la plage et des commerces sont accessibles à pied et en voiture rapidement. La piscine est idéale pour les enfants et la couverture est super pratique. Sehr empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus.

Wir haben im Haus zwei schöne Ferienwochen verbracht. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr angenehm und alle Fragen wurden immer sehr schnell beantwortet. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und mit so ziemlich allem ausgestattet. Die Lage ist günstig und ruhig.

Super Urlaub

Reisezeit: Pfingsten. Super Lage: 2 Minuten mit dem Auto zum ersten Strand. Weitere Sandstrände sind in unmittelbarer Nähe (5-10 Minuten) mit dem Auto. Geschäft, Bäckerei usw. 3 Minuten mit dem Auto. Ansprechpartner/Kontakt: Immer erreichbar, unkompliziert, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Privatsphäre: Man wohn Alleine in einer Doppelhaushälfte. Absolute Ruhe. Nebenan war paar Tage eine Familie mit Kind (Eigentümer) ebenfalls im Urlaub. Man hat sich gesehen, gegrüßt und hatte aber seine Privatsphäre. Haus ist top ausgestattet. alles was man benötigt und sogar noch viel mehr. Moderne und teilweise luxuriöse Ausstattung. Große Zimmer, TV, Internet, Top Küche mit allen benötigten Maschinen usw. Sehr bequeme Betten. Top Matratzen. Alles sehr neuwertig und hochpreisig. Pool, Garten und Alles was dazugehört absolut top und einwandfrei. Sauberkeit war ok. Zusammengefasst haben wir uns (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, 4 u. 9 Jahre also) sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gab nichts auszusetzen. Wir überlegen nochmals zu kommen wenn wir diese Region nochmals bereisen werden. Top Urlaub !!! Besten Dank liebe Anais!

Superb!

A lovely stay, the photos don't do the pool and garden justice. A wonderful place to stay, a little bit further from the beach than we thought (or maybe we're not fit enough to walk in the sun!), everything you might want is provided.. The boat over to St Tropez is an absolute must-do!

Superbes vacances !!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison et alentours. La maison, le terrain et l'équipement sont vraiment bien arrangés et parfait pour une famille avec des petits enfants. Nos enfants ont adoré la petite cabane et tous les jouets qui se trouvent sur place. C'est bien remarquable que les propriétaires ont également des enfants... :-) Idéal pour aller à la plage à pied dès la maison ou bien d'autres plages très proche en voiture. La piscine était super agréable et dispose d'un palier qui nous a bien servi avec des enfants. Aussi, grâce au revêtement de la piscine, l'aire des jeux est bien séparée de la piscine. En résumé: nous avons adoré nos 2,5 semaines dans cette maison et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !!!
