Pretty, fully redecorated house of over 200 m2, offering 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 300 meters from the pretty Pramousquier beach.
The house is ideal for 2 families, it allows you to go to the beach on foot in 7 minutes, at the bottom of the Rayol hill and near the pedestrian path, everything is possible on foot!
It offers a large living room of over 50 m2, a fully equipped kitchen, oven, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge with freezer.
There are 2 bedrooms with a large 160 cm bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 80 cm beds that can be separated or pushed together to make a large bed, and a bedroom with 4 bunk beds, all the bedding is new and of good quality. The rooms are large, bright and with storage.
The house has 2 bathrooms with shower and bath and 3 toilets.
There is a utility room with a washing machine, a cot and a high chair.
The garden, with an area of 1900 m2 is rather flat, therefore comfortable with young children, it is open and offers a nice view of the hill, it is west facing and is sunny from noon until evening with cool areas ...
All the furniture is made to accommodate 12 people.
The garden has a boules court and a ping pong table.
We love our house that we just bought and that we finish decorating (everything is not finished yet but will be completely finished for Easter…) We love Le Rayol, Pramousquier beach, Canadel (12 mins walk) ), where the beaches are superb, where it is possible to take many walks or bike rides, with many small beach restaurants… in short, a dream location!

We absolutely loved our week at this villa. The photos online honestly do not do it justice, perfect for a family gathering and plenty of space for 12 people of all ages. The property certainly exceeded our expectations and it was very clean too. The bbq, table tennis, swimming pool, pétanque court and close proximity to the Mediterranean were big highlights. We loved walking along the coastal track to Tropicana Club for lunch (highly recommended) and generally just chilling by the pool on the lounges. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Damily Vacation

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful house. It is perfect for two families up to twelve people. It is a big property with a beautiful garden. In the mourning you take a 8 Minute walk to the nice beach for a swim and on the way back you pick up baguette from the proxy for breakfast. You can spend the day at the house to play in the pool, pétanque or ping pong or you take a hike in the nice trails surrounding the house. Sylvie the nice contact person is very helpful! So overall highly recommendable place to stay.

Sommerurlaub gegen Ende der Saison

Das Haus und die Gartenanlage sind super. Es gibt ausreichend Stellplätze für mind. 3 PKW und der beleuchtete Garten mit Pool, Liegen, Loungebereich und Boulplatz ist komplett eingezäunt. Der Pool ist groß und hat auch zwei Tiefenbereiche. Zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts war die Wassertemperatur etwas kühl mit 20°. (Das Meer war wärmer und ist auch nur ca. 10 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt.) Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man für 12 Personen benötigt. Es gibt auch ausreichend Kühlmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel und Getränke. Ein Gasgrill mit Gasflaschen war auch vorhanden. Zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts ist leider die Internetverbindung ausgefallen. Grund dafür war ein vorheriges Unwetter, dass die Maste und Leitungen beschädigt hatte. Wir konnten uns aber mit der Vermieterin darauf einigen, dass wir dafür eine Entschädigung bekamen. Die Kommunikation zur Vermieterin und der Hausverwaltung vor Ort liefen super. Wir sind in den letzten beiden Septemberwochen dort gewesen und mussten feststellen, dass mit unserem Abreisetag sehr viele kleine Läden und Restaurants schlossen. (Ende der Saison) Alles in allem hatten wir eine schöne Zeit in Südfrankreich und werden uns dieses Objekt für weitere Urlaube merken.

Geweldig huis

We hebben erg genoten van het schitterende huis en de omgeving. Het was erg schoon en goed uitgerust met BBQ, tafeltennis en jeu de boulevardkrant baan, waar we ons tot laat in de avond vermaakt hebben. Het enige minpuntje is dat in de huisbeschrijving niet stond dat er betaald moest worden voor beddengoed, wel in het contract.

Le Rayol en octobre

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa très bien entretenu. Malgré le temps incertain, nous avons pu profiter du jardin grâce à sa bonne exposition et aux éclaircies pour notre plus grand plaisir. La maison est très fonctionnelle, au calme et spacieuse. Un havre de paix

Nous étiez une famille de 9 personnes avec des enfants entre 10 et 13 ans et avons passé une super semaine! Nous avons adoré la grande terrasse avec un passe-plat donnant directement dans la cuisine, très pratique! La maison est très confortable, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et très bien équipée! Tout y était: BBQ, table de ping-pong, jeux de pétanque, raquettes pour la plage, masques de piscine et j’en passe! Sylvie qui gère la location sur place est très souriante et nous a accueilli en arrivant pour tout nous expliquer. On a découvert plusieurs jolies plages dans le coin, la plage du Canadel, celle de Pramousquier (la plus proche) et celle de Cavalière qui est plus grande avec plusieurs restos sur la plage ainsi qu’une école de voile. Location de paddle et kayak de mer disponible aussi. On reviendra!

Wunderbare Ferien

Der Kontakt mit der Besitzerin Stephanie sowie mit Sylvie, die vor Ort die Hausübergabe übernimmt, war äußerst sympathisch und gibt einem sofort das Gefühl herzlich willkommen zu sein. Französischkenntnisse sind hilfreich. Das Haus ist sehr schön und sauber und da die Besitzer selbst hin und wieder dort verweilen, fehlt es auch an Nichts. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Private Bilder und Gegenstände geben ein familiäres Flair. Der Pool im Garten lädt einen selbst am Abend mit Poolbeleuchtung zum Schwimmen unterm Sternenhimmel ein. Eine Gartendusche zum schnellen Abduschen des Schweißes oder Strandsandes vor dem Abtauchen ins kühle Nass wäre noch das i-Tüpfelchen. Wir haben uns mit dem Gartenschlauch hinter dem Haus beholfen, geht auch 😊. Der Strand von Pramousquier ist in 10 – 15 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die Bucht, die einen dann erwartet, ist großartig. Das Wasser ist glasklar, ideal zum Schnorcheln und der Sand motiviert zum Sandburgen bauen. Es gibt auch Restaurants und Strand Cafés für den kleinen Hunger zwischendurch. Das Haus hält definitiv was es verspricht! Wir verbrachten wunderbare Tage in Rayol und werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

Wunderschöne Villa mit großzügigem Poolbereich in grüner Oase

Das Haus ist wirklich wunderschön und mit viel Patina in einer grünen Oase gelegen mit Blick auf die umliegenden Hügel - wir, zwei Familien mit kleinen Kindern, haben unsere Urlaubswoche hier sehr genossen! Ein Kompliment an die Besitzer, sie haben hier einen Wohlfühlort geschaffen, der mit viel Stil renoviert und eingerichtet ist, das Wohnzimmer könnte aus einer Interiorzeitschrift entsprungen sein - wenn man den Boho Stil mag ist man hier genau richtig! Auch die großzügige überdachte Terrasse ist herrlich zum Sitzen den ganzen Tag über. Der schöne Pool hat eine gute Größe zum Schwimmen und ist auch ideal für kleine Kinder da es einen seichten Bereich zum Sitzen gibt, sehr schön gelöst! Auch die Materialität des Pool selbst in Sichtbeton ist sehr schön und dank abgerundeten Kanten auch sehr angenehm. Es gibt eine Alarmanlage für Kinder, die angeht wenn diese unbeaufsichtigt ins Wasser fallen sollten. Man muss diese jedoch in der Nacht ausstellen da sonst durch Wind auch mal der Alarm losgehen kann. Der Aussenbereich ist toll gemacht mit einer Lounge zum Sitzen und einem Bouleplatz, der sehr schön in den Garten integriert ist und zum Boule Spielen einlädt. Auch der Tischtennistisch hat den Kindern große Freude bereitet! Generell ist der Garten sehr großzügig und weitläufig mit genügend Schattenbereichen den ganzen Tag über vor allem mit Kindern gut nutzbar. Die Gegend um die Ferienvilla ist sehr reizvoll, der Hausstrand war für uns persönlich der schönste in der Gegend mit kristallklarem Wasser, türkisem Meer, feinem Sandstrand und bewaldeten Klippen. Die Randbereiche waren ideal zum Schnorcheln und am Strand gab es die Möglichkeit zu vernünftigen Preisen eine Liege zu mieten. Der Ausflug auf die Insel Poquerolles hat uns sehr gut gefallen und St. Tropez ist auch nicht weit entfernt. Zu Beachten - weil wir es selbst nicht wussten - in Frankreich werden kleine Annehmlichkeiten wie Toilettenpapier, Seife, Duschgel im Ferienhaus nicht angeboten, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind extra zu bezahlen und selbst aufzuziehen und die Kaution ist mit einem Scheck zu hinterlegen (das erscheint mir nicht mehr zeitgemäss). Alles in allem haben wir eine schöne Urlaubswoche hier verbracht und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt!

Super séjour en familles

Super séjour à deux familles avec enfants en bas âge. La maison est magnifique et bien située, au calme et proche de la mer. Les lieux sont propres et la literie sent merveilleusement bon! Attention : la piscine n’est pas protégée et la maison résonne quelque peu (moins agréable quand il y a six enfants en bas âge 😄)! Je recommande vivement ce lieu plein de charme et dont l’accueil a été parfait!

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und toll eingerichtet. Es ist viel Platz und sowohl die Vermieterin als auch die Ansprechpersonen vor Ort wirklich unglaublich nett. Zum Strand kann man zu Fuß gehen, es dauert etwa 10 Minuten den Berg hinunter. wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!

Superbe séjour!

Ma famille et moi avons passé un superbe séjour dans cette belle maison au charme authentique. Tout la famille s’y est sentie à l’aise. La maison est très agréable: spacieuse, fonctionnelle, chaleureuse et décorée avec goût... parfaite pour une dizaine de personnes. La maison est située près des plages, tout en étant au calme avec une superbe vue sur les collines verdoyantes, très propice au repos. Merci à Stephanie pour son amabilité!
