Goed verblijf in sober uitgerust appartement

Positief: magnifiek uitzicht op de 18e verdieping en prachtig ruim terras op het zuiden. Goed schoon. Voorop gesteld dat wij hier begin februari een week verbleven. Dus winter. Sobere woning, minimaal comfort. Bedden zijn ok. Met een geringe investering zou het comfort aanmerkelijk verbeterd kunnen worden kunnen worden. Denk aan kapstok (voor de winterjassen), toiletemmertje in badkamer, nieuwe wc borstel (te vies om aan te pakken), defecte verlichting, glasservies aanvullen (nu 1 cava glas en 4 waterglazen, 4 longdrink), zonnebedden op het fantastische balkon plaatsen, nieuwe bank in de woonkamer. Dekbedden ipv dekens zou hygienischer zijn.

El complejo en el que se encuentra el apartamento está muy bien ubicado respecto a la playa y servicios, las instalaciones muy completas (gimnasio, sala de juegos, piscinas
.) las vistas del apartamento muy buenas (tirando a maravillosas), la terraza bastante amplia para hacer vida en ella (comidas), el mobiliario es básico pero con todo lo necesario. En general muy contentos con la estancia (para repetir si se da el caso).

The office and apartment was very easy to find. Parking outside on road. Just every thing you need for a relaxing week away. Apartment clean and tidy. Beds very clean. Bedding and towels nice. Nice big fridge with freezer to put all our vino and beer in. 2 supermarkets just minutes away by foot. Pools are lovely lots of sun beds.they was working on the medium pool so it was closed but as we were there in May not many people there so it was fine. Just a few minutes walk to beach, bars and restaurants. In all very good and value for money. Views from 18th floor are fantastic.

Superbe vue

L'appartement est bien agencé, la vaisselle (pour trois personnes) est en quantité suffisante. La vu sur la mer et le Peñon est magnifique. La piscine est impeccable et toujours surveillée et le personnel à la réception est trÚs sympathique. Seul bémol, l'insonorisation de la chambre à coucher n'est pas parfaite, on entend tout ce que font les voisins, surtout si ceux-ci ne sont pas précautionneux. De plus la literie n'est pas terrible, on sent les ressorts sous les cÎtes. Cependant il s'agit d'un bon rapport qualité-prix. Calpe est une ville sympathique animée mais pas comme Benidorm, permettant la détente en famille. La plage est magnifique et gardée également. Il est possible de faire tout le séjour en laissant la voiture. C'est la seconde fois que nous séjournons à Coral beach et nous ne sommes pas déçus.
