Just two blocks from 10 Barrel Brewing and Sunriver Brewing, and only a 15-minute stroll to downtown Bend! You will be staying in the hip Westside neighborhood between Galveston and Newport. Grab a brew at a local brewery or groceries from Newport Market to enjoy the kitchen at home!

The Federal Home is equipped with central heat and central A/C throughout the home. You will be the perfect temperature no matter the season in Bend.

SLEEPING ARRANGMENTS
The Federal is a 3-bedroom home with 2 queen beds (1 Temper-pedic and 1 spring mattress), and 2 twins in the third bedroom. A Pack & Play Crib is also provided for your little one if needed (bring your own baby sheets). Extra blankets on hand to keep you extra cozy!

KITCHEN AND DINING
Granite countertops and updated appliances welcome you to the kitchen. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped kitchen for your meal prep. We will provide some basic oils and spices to get you going. This classic eat-in kitchen comfortably seats up to 6 folks. The outdoor patio table also seats 6 and comes with a propane BBQ for grilling your favorites! A high chair is also provided

BATHROOM
There is one sturdy bathroom in this home so come prepared to share! The bathroom has lovely granite countertops and lots of storage for your own items. There is a tub/shower combination for all your bathing needs.

OUTDOOR SPACES
Outside you'll find a private backyard equipped with a propane BBQ. Check the garage for a back up tank. Enjoy your summer meals at the backyard table. A large locked garage is also available to store your gear year-round.

PARKING
You will have your own private alley parking spot with room for 2 vehicles. Additionally, there is plenty of on-street parking in front of the home.

PET-FRIENDLY
The Federal Home is a pet-friendly home with a fenced backyard. Please note that the backyard fence is about 4ft tall. Pet sheets are provided for furniture. If you plan to bring your sweet pup(s), kindly let us know prior and remember to pick up your piles! A pet fee applies to each reservation.

You have access to this entire private home, including the garage, for your stay.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
This home is nestled into a lovely residential neighborhood and is not appropriate for loud and late parties. City of Bend quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am and are enforced as are Bend's Good Neighbor Guidelines. Between 10pm-8am, especially when outside enjoying the decks, please keep noise levels very low and be considerate to our neighbors.
