We very much enjoyed our stay in Big Canoe. The house was roomy and comfortable. The host was very friendly and provided us with lots of information to get the most from our visit. We had lunch at the Big Canoe Clubhouse. The view is amazing and the food was quite delicious. I would stay there again.

Wonderful place to stay in the mountains of GA!

It’s an adorable, clean, spacious, quiet place. Nature abounds and we enjoyed our stay tremendously. Just realize it is located on steep mountain roads in a mountain community so not for the faint of heart.

Great stay!

We enjoyed a girls weekend at this house. Big Canoe is nice (although roads are winding in the neighborhood) and we enjoyed the area attractions. Communication with owner was GREAT!

Great place! Excellent location.

We loved the hiking trails in the community. It was close to Amicalola Falls, Jasper, & Dahlonega. Quiet place. Host was informative, and we loved the place.

Wonderful Place for a weekend getaway

This property was perfect for our girl's weekend getaway. It had plenty of room and everything was well kept and homey. The property owner was extremely accommodating and recommended several local places to visit which we did and they were wonderful. I highly recommend this property for a small group of friends or family.

Great place

We had a great stay here. The owner was very responsible. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds slept great. We didn't mind the steep stairs to front door but our 76 year old mother had to take them slow. Great place overall!
