We love staying here! The home is well maintained, beautifully cleaned, well stocked, and dog & family friendly. The owner is very conscientious and responsive, always trying to do everything he can to make your stay enjoyable. The neighborhood is quiet and the home has a view of Mt. Tallac. We’ve already booked two visits for 2027!

Host was very responsive. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking 🥘 anything & everything with a nice diningtable for 6. Two wonderful decks for both morning & afternoon sun . Lots of games to select from. Good seating in living room for TV. Close to Emerald Bay & Heavenly . Easy access via Pioneer Trail road vs Hwy 50 traffic.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent from booking through checkout, and they were always quick to respond to any questions. The location was great, and we really enjoyed our time here. This was a great rental that more than met our needs. Great location (less than 15 minutes to Heavenly and South Lake Tahoe businesses), the hot tub was awesome, and overall we felt very welcome.

We had a wonderful stay at this South Lake Tahoe property. The home was incredibly homey, with thoughtful touches throughout — soft towels, and a kitchen stocked with every utensil you could possibly need to cook a real meal. It made the place feel like a true home away from home rather than just a rental.The location was ideal: close enough to hiking trails to head out for a morning hike or bike ride, but still just a short drive from great restaurants. We also loved the neighborhood, and our dogs were especially happy being so close to the Upper Truckee River.Frank, the host, was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We'd happily book this place again and would recommend it to anyone visiting South Lake Tahoe, especially those traveling with dogs!
